As I said before, people need to do a little bit of research before dig into a drama not just because of an actor…
I actually don't remember lol but definitely know you because I don't have friends on my list without reasons. Went to check the dramas we shared this year and I found out we dropped almost all of them omg probably we had the same thoughts on them. And yes I recently changed mine.
So, everyone who are disappointed by or disliked the show so far aren’t familiar with the writer, at least didn’t…
I'll share part of my review of The Fiery Priest so you can get an idea of what you expect from Vincenzo because they're diffidently going to the same direction.
"I started the first episode and I was HELLA confused, I didn't know I'll get this kinda story or these kinda characters. idk if I ever watched an investigation comedy drama I can't recall but I don't remember anything where they don't take things seriously, I couldn't know if I liked this fact in The Fiery Priest, but then I was like "taking things seriously are more unlikely, and less entertaining" so I became a fan of this series's culture. It's less dramatic and more real to me. Even tho! when you combine the storyline, sense of humor, characters and their interactions, it feels like watching an anime. I like anime when it stick to itself, not when I feel its presence in a real world series. But, The Fiery Priest will be my only exception. "
So, everyone who are disappointed by or disliked the show so far aren’t familiar with the writer, at least didn’t watch The Fiery Priest. The others either a fan of the writer or the comedy is just their cup of tea. So for people who aren’t familiar, the writer loves to write quirky character, unrealistic comedy (sometimes) and the storyline umm at least for me it feels like you shouldn’t take it seriously even if it was super good. People saw the ml and the genres, and thought they will see something really serious but no, this is not how the writer usually write his works. What should you do? Just adjust yourself with this culture, don’t take things too seriously and just give it at least 6 more episodes because at the time, you will definitely have a different opinion.
And if you gonna watch is for the storyline only, it will be worth for sure. Park Jae Bum never disappoint.
She is already an established actress. Not popular, but certainly not someone requiring SJK to sky rocket her…
To be honest, your comment upset me. She is my favorite actress and you made me feel like i disrespected her by my comment. If its for other people, then never mind.

wait but did I mention SJK? if you are a fan, you would know this is her first main role in a drama ever. She started her career just 5 years ago, still considered new and not well known. Every actor/actress needs one big role to take bigger steps and i just hoped this will be her big start, what's so wrong about this? And let me tell you something, I'm not even watching this for SJK and I don't care if he's famous or not, Yeobin will succeed because she's supposed to be.
ok so i'm enjoying this so far (not finished yet) i already know this gonna be one of my fave. Everything is perfect to me except one thing and i would like to know if its my problem or there're folks who agree. I don't like the fl at all, i started to get annoyed by her scenes, they feel cringy OR forced to me. Her character like an empty box even Eunsoo has more depth. Generally, every other character is AMAZING to the point i sometimes root for the bad guys and then there's her, plain stuff.
Welcome and nice to see you again!
