I think that, since nothing can be changed and he knew he didn't go with her the first time, he didn't bother.…
Agreed with nothing can be change.
But i think he still had a slight hope he could survive anyway as he knew 'the future him' not yet travel to the past to send money to his deceased senior's family and fund the son tuition.
I can't say im satisfied w the ending, it felt abrupt and just not it. Also, i would've liked to see i-na after…
Actually i quite satisfied with the ending. Mindblowing. That was the reason why Gwi Ju disappeared in 2023. Actually, they and us misinterpreted grandma's nightmare as GwiJu will die when he travel back to save DaHae in 2010 (funeral without body happened). Instead, Gwi Ju not die, but he actually was 'kidnapped' by Nuri after he save DaHae and was brought to 2028. That is why his body disappeared during fire in 2023. Abducting by his son.. Hahaha
but he went it time to give that man's son a better life so he could grow up happier
“FL's past is ML's future.”
FL timeline = normal/current timeline.
Past event in FL/current timeline already passed and unable to change, however miraculously involved FUTURE ML when ML in the future travel back and intercept the normal timeline.
Whatever future ML PLANS TO DO and ACTIONS during his travel back (interception timeline), actually already happened by current/normal timeline (so nothing can be change)
"I'm confused about the timeline. How did the saving of FL really start? If she had died 13 years ago, then they…
Actually, future GwiJu already saved Da Hae in Da Hae's timeline (current timeline), 13years ago.
However, present GwiJu (current timeline) not yet save DaHae despite the incident actually already passed 13 years ago.
Like incident GwiJu held DaHae hand in mall and gave DaHae a bouquet of flower. Incidents already happened in the current timeline (DaHae's timeline), but present GwiJu not aware as him at the moment not yet involved with that scene, but will involve later when future GwiJu travel back to that specific scene.
It must just be a preference thing, I personally really like actress and her kind of standoffish/quirky nature,…
Agreed. I'm quite impressesed with her micro expressions. Brilliant acting. That's maybe a reason why Director Han Jae Rim praised her as Korean's Emma Stone, wide range of acting. Definitely, such a chungmoro actress.
What gets on my nerves even more is the gaslighting, man.. she gaslights so much and when the main lead was so…
“You do realize gaslighting isn't just part of a mental illness right? Gaslighting happens everyday, being gaslighted by our parents, our coworkers, friends, etc.”
Yes, it isn't just part of a mental illness. It can be intentionally manipulative.
But, subconsciously gaslighting others is a part of mental illness and need psycotherapy. It happens everyday as they didn't aware and acknowledge that BEHAVIOUR is an illness and required therapy and treatment. It can't be a norm in society. Anyone with good mental health never intentionally gaslighting others.
What i mean with my previous statement is DaHae not having gaslighting BEHAVIOUR. She is not a narcissistic personality disorder.
She uses the act of gaslighting during that particular moment to cover her lies after lies. She is a con artist. She gaslighting as a tactic of escapism DURING SCAMMING. Outside the scamming situation, she is naturally not a narcissistic one. Instead, she may has borderline personality disorder. Perhaps due to ptsd.
But yes, I agreed - gaslighting is not acceptable. At all.
honestly im wondering if i should watch it bc of the FL. I was hoping they would cast someone more good looking...not…
And honestly, for me, she do the justice for the character. Her micro expressions are priceless.. She potrayed Da Hae mixed feeling, dilemma superbly. Scheming as con artist but struggling inside.. And ptsd some more.
What gets on my nerves even more is the gaslighting, man.. she gaslights so much and when the main lead was so…
I didn't see it as gaslighting behaviour. Gaslighting is a mental illness, who person keeps in denial and shifting blame to others unintentionally (mental illness) or maybe naturally she/he is bad in character.
Differ with FL situation. she knew she's the one to blame. she knew she is a scammer and the bad one. She cheating, pretending be a victim and shifting blame as to get away from her own lies over lies (scheming and quick-witted). But once in a while, she felt guilty, get scared and wanna to escape.
No, it's just a plot device, so we can see that when she's not wearing them and looks into someone's eyes, she…
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 agreed. And YiNa most the time covers her beautiful eyes with bangs, glasses, bows her face and preferring alone.
There are unhealthy mental illness signs in children, that should be recognised and taken seriously by elders. So, I think FL action is reasonable, although she is actually manipulative and scheming.
But yes, her classmate action was rude, it's kind of bully.
Could someone give me spoiler 1. Who started the fire that cause the death of ML's mother? 2. Why ML give cold shoulder to his father, King Ling? Did they get along well then?
okay so far I really just don’t understand the little girl. she heard the female lead saying she is the key…
1. Maybe she just don't care. And she never felt betray as she knew from the start the FL's schemes.
2. “Eye is a window to the soul.” She not just can read mind (thinking). But also capable to know one's heart/intention. She acknowledge FL's struggle and 'true heart'. That's why, she worried for FL. She adviced FL to run away for FL sake, not for her family safety.
There are a lot of medical procedures mistakes in this drama not just those but I overlook them because this is…
Agreed. I just overlook them because I'm more into dramatic and sentimental part. Slice of life genre is the best ❤️❤️. I recommend The Heart (2023, starring Mark Chao and Kingscar Jin, one of the best medical drama with good writing and good chemistry. realistic also)
Episode 8:Honestly, I don't get it... What is the age gap between Zhou Xiao Feng and Fang Xiao Ran? If their mother…
If I not mistaken, her first husband's family is toxic. She can't further abroad unless she get divorce. And after divorce, she probited by her ex-MIL & FIL to see her son.
Don't like the age gap. Can someone tell how is FL character?? I'm only here for Jing Tian.
I think the story pretty much like ahjussi-sonyeo relationship.. mzh is a young maiden in her 20 and lord ding probably almost 40 with adult nephews and niece.
I like Jing Tian potrayal here, despite her mature face, she bring out teenager character awesomely and not cringe at all. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
their relationship is cute with amazing chemistry 🥰🥰

in denial, playing victim, discrediting others, shifting blame = gaslighting.
As i said, people with narcissistic disorder usually UNAWARE of their illness and never seek treatment. Keep discrediting others.
I rest my case. Let's intropect ourselves. Reflexion.

in one interview, FL said yellow is her character's theme color..

and another one ongoing, Regeneration. Also a cdrama, with Jing Boran, 10 episodes @ Netflix 🔥🔥
I like Jing Tian potrayal here, despite her mature face, she bring out teenager character awesomely and not cringe at all. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
