She def seems to be the "leader" of the bullies but hides that fact but I don't think she's the murderer. She probably knows who it is and is in contact with them to be able to write her books.
She doesn't seem to be psychotic enough to be the serial killer (based on her character in 2021), she just seems to be an obnoxious prideful person lol
