I might be the only one who really like Cao Chun'ang. When I first saw their livestream before the drama airs, I thought the actor playing him, Wang Lixin/Wang Yuexin is a cutie. Cao Chun'ang mostly serves as Xiao Duo's right hand man and for comedy purposes. His hideous hats distracted my eyes for the first few episodes. However when he does his job, he is a hottie. He is efficient, strong and he goes "Idgaf with you" face when facing criminals. His fighting skills are no less than Xiao Duo. She Qilang is also a cool one. His character here is similar to when he played as Shao Zi in NPE, but Qilang is brighter. I hope to see these three hotties in action more in later episodes.

I'm a fan of Chen Yuqi and I like Fang Yilun too. Kinda wished this is a historical drama since both of them look elegant in hanfu, but I will definitely watch it 😊

Starting next week we have to say goodbye to honeymoon period 😭 we will get a lot of heartbreak as the story will go darker and painful.

Everything she did is for Xiao Duo.
She knows Xiao Duo has a secret and she could grasp the big picture, however it is better to hear it from the person directly, rather than hearing it from someone else. She is angry, but doesn't mean she doesn't trust him or misunderstand him. She already accepted him wholeheartedly, she just wishes to share burdens together.

That new girl had relationship with the real Xiao Duo, not our Xiao Duo. Our Xiao Duo never cares about romance until he met Yinlou. The empress and Prince Nanyuan think that girl is Xiao Duo's weakness whereas it's actually Yinlou is his only weakness. With Yinlou's personality, I believe she won't misunderstand him too long. I hope after that new girl knows the real Xiao Duo is dead and the empress is using her, she leaves soon. Xiao Duo doesn't have time for her.
It reminds me of the third (last) trailer where they introduced us to the supporting characters. I assumed those characters will appear often, but this girl is not there. Means this girl will be gone soon 🤔

Gosh I'm so in love with our main couple 😍 A BIG applause to Yinlou who jumped into his arms. He can't resist. No, no. And the awkwardness in the morning got me lol-ed 🤣
Having a female lead like Yinlou is really refreshing. She drives the man crazy. She also genuinely loves Xiao Duo despite not knowing he is a fake eunuch.

That new girl will either be the biggest nuisance or a sacrificial lamb 🙄 please don't give this girl too much screentime and destroy our couple. The emperor is enough.

The whole scene in Bu's residence is so satisfying. intense. I could feel the rage, hatred and grudge in her eyes and cold tone as she speaks. Those blood sucking snakes deserve million deaths!
And those slaps to the spoiled toddler is so satisfying too.
Poor Yinlou always being bullied since she was a kid and she couldn't defend herself and now they still try to trample on her, don't even care about her status or the fact the emperor is her backing.

My goodness! I hate the censorship!!!! They cut ALL THE ROMANTIC SCENES in this drama! ALL the skinship and intimate scenes are gone!! How could they do this to the main couple and us??? This is a romance drama! How can we immerse into their love if we don't even get a proper scene to show their feelings are blossoming? Are they going to do this until the end??
