It is still unknown, however there were hints in the last episode as to a potential season 2, as well as the novel extending and having more chapters than what was shown in the drama itself.

SML is very annoying though, if you dont like annoying love triangles i dont recommend watching.
I agree with you on that, they probably should have either given him fewer scenes or made his character less annoying

in ep 18 there is a serious fire that is similar to the ML experience he had before where he lost his friends, but in this case the person who was in danger was his girlfriend (FL) which ends the episode (cliffhanger)

In my opinion the drama is alright, I started the drama for the leads, the start of the drama is pretty good, but there is a lot of unnecessary plot delay in the middle few episodes. After that it should be pretty smooth sailing

not sure which EP you are on rn but towards the end it is revealed that the ML lost his memories from the accident leading him to think he was in a different car, when he was actually in the car with his brother during the accident (all in the same car) don't wanna spoil too much though
