One of the best dramas I"ve watched. It's easily one of my all-time favorites. The cast is superb. Each character has a story to tell, and the way their story is told is captivating. It feels like you really know the villagers. Unlike in other good dramas where it spirals downhill towards the end, this drama is consistently good from ep 1 to 20. I highly recommend Our Blues.
Its a beautiful movie, but some logic was all over the place. Why would you dump the girl you loved so much, even…
Maybe his blindless is just part of the reason. I believe he was still very guilty after his friend's attempted suicide. They stopped seeing each other after that incident. Their love was forbidden anyway.
To my understanding, Jihye's friend is not dating Sangmin. She is just chasing after him. She even asked Jihye to write letters for her, just like Joonha did for Taesoo.
i love this movie so much. the vibe, the acting, the humor, the romance, its all perfect. But. I dont really like…
I think his blindness is not the only reason for Joonha's giving up on Johee. I believe Joonha was still extremely guilty for his friend's attempted suicide, that's why he could no longer be with Johee even if he loved her.
How did Joonha die? How did Taesoo die? Why didn’t Johee hold on to Joonha when she found out he was blind?…
It wasn't mentioned how Joonha and Taesoo died. Why didn't Johee hold on to Joonha? Because he told her he was already married (which is not true as we learned later on). If you remember, during that meeting, he did asked her how Taesoo was doing, to which she replied, "I think he is alright." He also asked her, "Why didn't you get married? I already did." Which means she was clearly single at that time and had been waiting for him. I think there are many "plot holes" because not everything is shown since their story is told based from the letters and diary that Jihye found. I think that crazy friend of Jihye is not Sangmin's gf. She is just one of the many girls who like him.
This is a drama that I wouldn't be interested in in the first place, especially with a mere 8.1 rating, but then I accidentally saw it on TV and found it quite funny so I gave it a try. I'm glad I did! One of my favorite K-dramas of all time :) It is realistic, relatable, and teaches us a lot about how to have a healthy relationship. Give this show a try :)
The actual twist was Gaon’s story and not the fire story. If the series had been longer they could have focused…
To answer your first question, I think she worked for the Chairman as a maid after the jumping from the 2nd floor incident. It was clear that she had been sexually assaulted when she was just a teen because she said something like, "Why did you do this to a girl?" right before killing the chairman. Another clue is what she said in her lecture. She asked the girls what to do if a guy sexually assaulted them. A girl answered, "Report it to the police!" Sun Ah corrected her, "No, the police can't be trusted. Gather evidence and use it to control the guy." My guess is she has been sexually abused over the years and had been collecting evidence to blackmail him. Maybe she used it to gain her position as a secretary. It wasn't mentioned what type of evidence she had though.
