Santa is absolutely incredible in this! He made his character come to life, and it's so natural. It's hard to believe that Cake is just a character and not the real thing!

yeah fr, the writing is really dragging in this show, and it's frustrating. my only indication was that he did the same thing on that phone call as he did to the other guy asking him for money--I don't think there were any lines from him. It feels like this was meant to be the plot twist part in the writing, but it's not playing off how the writers thought it would. The writing in general just isn't it. It feels like nothing has happened, plot-wise or character-wise. I'm thinking about dropping it, but there's only two eps left anyway so whatever ig

I think his plan was to do what the boxer guy's dad did--just make his son work off the debt. I think the dad told Sun that he was getting the money because Sun probably wouldn't have gone otherwise. I don't really get the show, and I don't really like it, but I think that's what was happening.
