Watched in one sitting and I think, in my 4 years of watching bl, was this the bl that made me think and truly reflect. I have to say this has got to have one of the more realistic truths about being gay and trying to find a relationship in such a city, ever in a show! I honestly was more dumbfounded than I was happy watching it cause damn did it hit. I'm not saying I didn't enjoy it, believe me I did! The quality is exceptional, from the actors, to music, to editing, to directing, to the script, and to the ending (more in spoiler), it all works. This is a show made to and possibly was born to tell a story, a story that is to be seen/heard and not be forgotten. I would say this is not for the fluffy bl watchers, absolutely not. This is for the people who wants to learn, understand and witness how life is on the rainbow. This is a show to truly show how it is to love in the big city.
Also I notice the rating goes lower and lower as I refresh this lol I guess many were shocked by how far from bright and fluffy this show seemed to be hahaha
Looove itt! When I found out about the director, I knew there were gonna be emotions, struggles, hoops. and most importantly pure hard earned romance!! We're gonna get it ALL again like we did with blueming, to my star, and where ur eyes linger!!
The actors are doing real well, the prod and editing is def higher and you can feel it! I am SAT and READY (to cry cause ik ms director loves to make it rain)
I knew I was weak hearted for family related dramas yet I still dared to watch it haha I will forever cry for family dramas and ep 1 made me tear up! These kids are too precious!!
Now for only watching the first ep so far, one thing really stuck to me, and it's a very common thought that children deserve parents but not all parents deserve children. I will not deny that the grief/after effects of losing a loved one is beyond compression as it is a loved one we are talking about, no one wants their family to be incomplete. But I would like to say that the grief/after effects of losing a loved one can mostly be handled better (I say mostly because it is never easy ofc!). Now excuse me as I am not a parent nor have a child lol, so please do educate me on this! But sheesh I just feel really bad for sanha.... the emotional damage the mom left on him must be lasting. I get that losing your child, your whole world can really take a toll on you, but woman you have another child who is still alive, and is always waiting for you! He cares so much about you that he cleans up after you, checks on you, and even says he won't smile because it makes you unhappy! Like give this child the son of the year award for what he did for that part. The mom is honestly a disgrace because of her actions, why bother even having two children, when you can't take care of one on them! Then she leaves both the father and son!??! Whateven woman...... Now the father is half/half for me, he is gentle on his son, but ignorant for his wife. It's honestly both their faults they decided to leave them alone... but hey i've only watched one episodes and there is more to come! I love tho that the father did stay for sanha and really cared for him huhu
As I really love family kdramas and I will be pushing forward with this! I'm excited for more! Make me cry koreaaaa! hahaha
Love themm! I like the idea of different lives, cause it both gives us new plot every ep and they get to showcase different acting skills based on the plot!
Ohh okay wait good concept!! Now I got the title's meaning! I didnt watch any trailer prior this btw so I was a little confused haha, i'm not really a fan of trailers unless it fascinates me lol
But whoever made this ship is downright smart, they look soooo cute next to each other! I love their visuals!!!

Also forcebooks section reminded me that i'm weak for bl set in the older times with most plots are of how "illegal" being gay was! Their story broke my heart, both good and bad! But watching them in this style makes me believe that forcebook can handle "last twilight" or "ATOTS" energy type of series! Like a serious heart wrenching series!! Idk what acting coach they got after my boss and babe, but they levelled up here!

An amazing ending to the show! I really love how they choose the different theme's for their dishes/rounds. The themes are more personal and very rooted in them being chefs. It shows character, personality and the wholehearted passion these people have for food! It saved them, gave them a breathe of air, and it continues to let them thrive! Congrats to the winner, well deserved!!

Omg someone pointed this out! I LOOOVE the series no doubt but there are times I went "huh" to the edits and some shots that were put together lol I try to focus more on the plot than the technicalities at this point haha atleast they're trying lol
The story is decent and all ..but just the fact they are 30 year old is a bit jarring..and I'm not talking about…
Tbh 30 isn't even that old! hahaha it's the age of youth with more sense of maturity! There are people with that age that both enjoy life youthfully but work seriously and professionally! It's all about balancing who you are, and acting appropriate in the correct time and place. These two literally grew up with each other, not to mention not meeting each other in a long time, let them have their fun! Please even old ladies have their fun when their together, look at lavender! hahaha
LOOOVEEEEEE!! I'm glad the ending is something about them pursuing things they are fond of/are planning to do with life! It gives u a sense of the promise of tomorrow and life has much things of offer! Now this is a truly a happy ending!! Will forever keep this series in my heart! 2024 really do be serving us well! QoT, LR and now LDN! I love love, hope and the vast future that we can get over!!
