I think we will get an S2 as there is a possibility because Netflix is involved and they would love to have the gain attraction from a happy ending, and the show has got good attraction even BTS: Jungkook requested a happy ending. so lets hope 😊!
All shows have controversial endings and some people like it some don't, I personally did not find any comment or tweet saying they preferred the ending...
I don't understand what was the idea behind the modern part, it would have been better without it I guess and they could have given a better ending, but without the modern part maybe there would not have this much hype... 😐🥺😔😕😖😤

I don't think so, only one episode of Kinnporsche has been aired, it's too early to say + it's not just about ratings because there are lots of dramas with fewer watchers and above 9.5 (even 10) as ratings (i.e. https://kisskh.at/search?adv=titles&ty=68&rt=9.5,10&st=3). Plus the Kinnporsche is a BL drama and a lot of people are not fans of those.
