I would say it's 70% similar. Some new characters were added such as Yuna's bff and uncle. Series has more darker scenes and in original webtoon the bully girls in their school actually successfully threatened the victim girl whom Seowon wanted to help. The victim transfered to another school without receiving any justice. But the victim thanked Seowon as no one ever cared for her. So no punishment done to the bullies. And Seowon's bully was also not punished. He just never felt sorry for what he has done as he thinks he didn't do anything wrong. But at present he was not very malicious. Yuna's ex bf was evil type reporter. Seowon also had more back stories which makes us understand why is he always was loner shy type. Actually Seowon and Yul are cousins and Seowon's elder sister is biologically his aunt. He was born out of wedlock and he didn't know who is actually his father. Seowon's biological mom died soon after his birth and his maternal grandpa hated baby Seowon and wanted to send him to orphanage. But his aunt intervened and Seowon was brought up as a son of the family. So when Seowon wad a teenager he always felt he was a burden to his sister(aunt) though she loved him even more than Yul. So Seowon didn't have many friends and wanted to help his sister by taking care of Yul. And in Webtoon Yul was a reincarnation of Choyoung's dog. Yul also expressed his feelings for Haena to both Haena and Seowon. Haena kinda pretended to not understand it and for Seowon it was like a ultimatum from Yul. And Mountain spirit was sort of evil type but there was also a twist. He actually took revenge as he cursed Haena's family for centuries. But pastlife Haena and Seowon's lifes were also miserable so Mountain spirit wanted to reunite them. So when Seowon lost his memory he would have very bad headaches. Haena confronted mountain spirit and also asked him to fix the headache. So then mountain spirit revealed if he erased memory of someone for the 1st time it will be painless. For 2nd time it will be painful and he will eventually remember everything. And mountain spirit cant erase memory for the 3rd time. He erased Seowon's memory when he was 5-6 years old and from then he was very afraid of dogs. So Seowon remembers Haena again. And when Seowon lost his memory, other people remembered everything except Seowon. At last Haena gives him hint that she wants to be with Seowon for always (she wants to be married )and Seowon proposed her.

In the manga, mountain spirit was good guy. He was just heartbroken and he also played the cupid for Haena and Seowon. And Seowon lost his memory of Haena and he was annoyed of her as each time he sees her he suffers from headache. Choyoung and the shaman girl are not same. Choyoung never reborn. Past life incidents are different. Seowon actually was the reason behind Choyoung's death. Haena just told lies. Seowon was Maksoon, a teenage girl who was jealous of Choyoung. Haena was a teenage boy who secretly admired Maksoon.
