When i heard the premise i was ready to write it off obviously because of the pseudo-incest vibes, but i read the novel and its actually not that bad lol, they didnt even spend up to like 6 years after he was brought to their house (correct me if im wrong), before they were separated, and its made clear that he was not really considered as family, pretty quickly; so i actually ended up enjoying it more than i thought i would, hope the drama is as good as the novel or even better.
I had enough of ppl who have nothing to say, so then they just spew nonsense, like the age gaps and looking the…
What kind of dumb comment is this lmfao, if you want a dissertation on the drama look for another comment; this isn't hate to the drama just something i noticed that hasn't affected the viewing experience. But if you want, one thing that i did like about this drama previously was that nobody came here complaining about my harmless opinion on it but i guess that has changed
ohh that’s why the rating is this low. because people are downvoting for politics 🙄🙄 I’m gonna start…
What racism? did i miss something? did they imply anything about the character of the people of the middle east or did they just mention different attacks that happened??? Im asking genuinely because i tend to be a skipper
They could have said Si On was like 19 or 20 haha, Lee Re is still too babyfaced to pass as 23 imo (btw i know 23 isnt old, im just saying to me she doesnt look it)
Seasons not over yet but all i can say is i hope Jmz dont ever make the mistake again of bringing too many people of one personality, like why were all the girls extroverts and most of the boys introverts? a nice mix would have been great
Doesn't mean it will automatically be a hit. A large majority of int kdrama fans watch and prefer romance which this lacks. Its also lacking the young hyped up actors everyone talks about (i say young specifically because i know Han seokkyu is well known, a lot of watchers still tune in to watch the younger actors regardless) , but still, i could see the case by case format + the comedy drawing people in.
Hope this is a success in korea as i dont really see it becoming too hyped internationally, but thats somewhat of a good thing, international kdrama watchers overhype things, so at least people will watch based on their own interest not necessarily the hype.
Anyways, i hope this becomes a success, 1. Because its Han Seok-Kyu helloooo, and 2. Because i think Hyun-seong is a great actor and ive been waiting for him to gain more recognition.
I loved episode 1, here's to hoping it gets even better
I saw it it on twitter but in episode 2 in the scene where His wife was talking to her coworker, and she poured in the milk into the coffee, even after the coworker said she didnt want it, someone said it gave them the vibe that she did it on purpose but idk. All i have to say is i dont think his wife is a killer necessarily but theres definitely something going on there
Maybe i missed it, because i kinda ff through the convo he and his mom were having in their first meeting, as it was a bit triggering; but did they mention anything about his dad? If not, i get the feeling the mother may have been raped which is why she targeted sexual offenders etc. I only watched episode 1
Fingers crossed, thriller-romances are my favourite when executed properly, im almost to the point of lighting…
Omg i just recently started getting into turkish series as well but i've been moving slowly due to their runtime. I'll definitely add this high on my watchlist, Thank You!
