Currently watching Unveil Jadewind. I am loving the FL. First time seeing a FL in a role that looks like was written for a man. The editing was a little off in the first like 20 mins or so but it gets better. The drama gets interesting after the first case, around episode 4/5. Also, thank you for the list. I also definitely want to checkout Dilraba's costume drama that is coming this year. But I think the release is march? so in another month.
I am absolutely loving this. Just finished 6 episodes on Netflix and the FL is juts amazing. this is the first time I am watching a FL playing such a masculine role. And she's doing. Chemistry between FL & ML feels natural even though they are no romantic scene. I mean I loved how dark the scene at the end of episode 6 was. Also love the relationship between the princess and the FL. That was really sad.
It started off great. I thought she was going to avenge her mother but all she has been doing for past like episodes 6 - 11 is to beg a man to like her. I am over it.
Please let her next project be a xianxia drama😭. I know she no longer wants to act in costume dramas, but she…
I want her to do costume dramas too. But I feel she needs to shift focus and do less romance roles and more mature, women supporting women roles. A great example is Liu Shi Shi in Kill my sins.
