Title Remember: War of the Son Spoiler
The drama left me with a bittersweet taste in my mouth. My heart ached when I saw how lonely and sad Nam Gyu Man was. I thought I was gonna feel better if he died because of how terrible he was, but I didn't. And I'm glad they didn't do any altering to Jin Woo's Alzheimer's like make it go away or something.

There is no "romance" tagged in this one. So there is really no romance in it?
It's not the main arc of the story, it's just sitting there in the background it does resurface in the last few episodes but don't expect it to be a driving factor behind the story :)

Idk if it's just me but I find like how the lgbt community was portrayed in the earlier episode. It made them…
yes, i know first hand what that's like. i am not focusing on anything else here but rights of people in the lgbt community like myself. statistics don't lie.

Am I the only one who finds the romance unnecessary? I think of In Ah more as a friend to Jin Woo than a possible…
Nah, many people agree with you, the romance was so poorly developed compared to the rest of the story so it felt very lacking.

is there.... romance in this? o.O
I promise you'll love it! I was disappointed in ep 9 but after that it was really good. Ep's1-6 were top notch, Ep's 8-10 were a bit bleh, but after that it's back on track again.

I'm sorry but I still don't think Yoo Jung's actions are solely justifiable by his past. There are a lot of people…
@destiny29 yes I completely agree with you. It's like how if you've read the harry potter series that neville longbottom and peter pettigrew were born and went through the same events yet one chose to do better with his actions than the other. A difficult life in no way excuses a sh***y person's behavior.

The description of a Psychopath and Sociopath: Psychopaths, on the other hand, are unable to form emotional attachments…
THIS IS LONG AF LOL Source: Webmd
A key difference between a psychopath and a sociopath is whether he has a conscience, the little voice inside that lets us know when we’re doing something wrong, says L. Michael Tompkins, EdD. He's a psychologist at the Sacramento County Mental Health Treatment Center.

A psychopath doesn’t have a conscience. If he lies to you so he can steal your money, he won’t feel any moral qualms, though he may pretend to. He may observe others and then act the way they do so he’s not “found out,” Tompkins says.

A sociopath typically has a conscience, but it’s weak. He may know that taking your money is wrong, and he might feel some guilt or remorse, but that won’t stop his behavior.

Both lack empathy, the ability to stand in someone else’s shoes and understand how they feel. But a psychopath has less regard for others, says Aaron Kipnis, PhD, author of The Midas Complex. Someone with this personality type sees others as objects he can use for his own benefit.

They’re Not Always Violent
In movies and TV shows, psychopaths and sociopaths are usually the villains who kill or torture innocent people. In real life, some people with antisocial personality disorder can be violent, but most are not. Instead they use manipulation and reckless behavior to get what they want.

“At worst, they’re cold, calculating killers,” Kipnis says. Others, he says, are skilled at climbing their way up the corporate ladder, even if they have to hurt someone to get there.

If you recognize some of these traits in a family member or coworker, you may be tempted to think you’re living or working with a psychopath or sociopath. But just because a person is mean or selfish, it doesn’t necessarily mean he has a disorder.
It’s not easy to spot a psychopath. They can be intelligent, charming, and good at mimicking emotions. They may pretend to be interested in you, but in reality, they probably don’t care.

“They’re skilled actors whose sole mission is to manipulate people for personal gain,” Tompkins says.

Sociopaths are less able to play along. They make it plain that they’re not interested in anyone but themselves. They often blame others and have excuses for their behavior.

Some experts see sociopaths as “hot-headed.” They act without thinking how others will be affected.

Psychopaths are more “cold-hearted” and calculating. They carefully plot their moves, and use aggression in a planned-out way to get what they want. If they’re after more money or status in the office, for example, they’ll make a plan to take out any barriers that stand in the way, even if it’s another person’s job or reputation.

Brain Differences
Recent research suggests a psychopath’s brain is not like other people’s. It may have physical differences that make it hard for the person to identify with someone else’s distress.

The differences can even change basic body functions. For example, when most people see blood or violence in a movie, their hearts beat faster, their breathing quickens, and their palms get sweaty.

A psychopath has the opposite reaction. He gets calmer. Kipnis says that quality helps psychopaths be fearless and engage in risky behavior.
“They don’t fear the consequences of their actions,” he says.

Sure he may have some tendencies but that doesn't make him a model for those qualities. For him to be defined as one or the other he needs to lack empathy. Which he doesn't, he is empathetic, but he chooses not to express them because everyone around him has always used him for their gain in some way or another apart from Seol, which is why he feels such a close connection to her. And he tries to keep everyone else away from her because he's afraid. He's not the type of person who rushes into things without thinking, he's always there in the background. He's taught himself to be calm and cool in stressful situations which is why he didn't rush to aid Seol nor did he rush to aid In Ho. Since he's been this way for years, when the situation arises he goes with the choice that causes the least amount of damage because he's been taught to not do anything to tarnish the family name. Based on environmental factors a way a person reacts to outside factors is quite different from the average person. That's just my take on it.

The description of a Psychopath and Sociopath: Psychopaths, on the other hand, are unable to form emotional attachments…
Woah! I incredibly doubt Jung is in any form close to a psychopath or a sociopath. He might have what's called Alexithymia, it's where the person is unable to express their feelings verbally. Jung, as we saw, has incredible difficulty putting into words what he's feelings and this leads him to get misunderstood in most of his situations. He's been taught to repress what he feels for the sake of his father. In most cases like this the most prominent feature is anger. And as we saw Jung becomes heated and scary fast. But because we don't see much emotion placed on his face it's often times difficult to understand if he's feeling emotion at all. But he is it's just an internal struggle. And Seol, is gradually helping him to express what he repressed. If Jung had these tendencies he wouldn't be able to form a relationship with Seol, and he wouldn't be able to say he likes her, phycopath's and sociopath's are incapable of that type of emotion.
