Yeah you're right, it was strange why they jumped so far back. When Hae Young first got the transmission in ep 1 Jae Han already knew who he was and referred to him by his name. I think Hae Young had to prove himself in the cold case of the young girl for him to be available to do the other cold cases that eventually lead up his brother's case.

Are you talking about how they jumped from the early 2000s to 1980s? That's crazy. So you're saying that around the year 2000 for Jae Han that Park Hae Young was killed in present day so Jae Han had to remind the other Park Hae Young, the one we know, about them when he was dying?

Can I just say this drama is so far the only drama of 2016 that hasn't disappointed me not even once?! Most of them lost steam around episode 8-12 and it's finished the 12th episode and is still as strong and compelling as ever.

I agree! I want this drama to focus on more than the romance which is just sparking everywhere right now, the earlier they confess the earlier we get the actual story.
