"In fact, the dramas we watch can even influence the things we eat." This is so true XD I tried all…
Do you live near Düsseldorf or do you order online?
I know Dae Yang, I live in Köln and I have been there 2 or three times but mainly to buy sweets, junkfood and stuff ^_^''
I will give their Kimchi a try when I'm in Düsseldorf again.
When I make Kimchi, I use the "Emergency Kimchi" recipe from Maangchi (just Google it ^^). It works very well and tastes like the ones you can get in a Korean restaurant.
The Sauerkraut-Topf sounds interesting ^^ My grandparents used to make Sauerkraut when I was little. Perhaps my grandpa will give my their old Topf ^^

I tried all of the above except the Sundae (but I love German blood sausage so I might like the Korean one as well). Well made Kimchi is hard to find in Germany (and expensive), so I make it myself regularly.
It's pretty hard for me to choose a favourite among the Asian cuisines. They are all so different and I love them all :-)
