I didn't read web novel, only webtoon, which is also very action based and i think they wanted to preserve it's "spirit" - state of urgency and emergency that doctors and nurses experince while treating patient after patient after patient. For me main characters development is in small things like gestures or level of trust as they get familiar with each other and become real team. I like this approach but also i understand your opinion :)

It was very hard to rate this drama... Anxin and her Mom story 15/10, I loved it... Ruohua and her Mom only 6/10.

One big plus for this drama - it showed me The Brownie Band music.

For me it's 3,5/10 drama, but for Jiwan and Chef John , also Chaeri PD i finally gave it 5/10.
