Title The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call
I feel like there is too much action (surgeries) and not enough character development.
I didn't read web novel, only webtoon, which is also very action based and i think they wanted to preserve it's "spirit" - state of urgency and emergency that doctors and nurses experince while treating patient after patient after patient. For me main characters development is in small things like gestures or level of trust as they get familiar with each other and become real team. I like this approach but also i understand your opinion :)
