please watch the episodes once more as it was clearly explained that altho characters think they have met jby before but are unable to interpret that she is naksu as they have copletely different aura(as jin mu stated), different height and body structures and apart from similar facial features there's nothing in common. Also yul met her when they were young and quite some time has passed and same with park jin as they were literally fighting... also when they took here petrified body her facial features weren't clear enough to build proper understanding of her looks.....we all miss some details sometimes :D
I think this episode of alchemy of souls brought some clarity to the people not recognizing Naksu situation....Bu yeon is skinny, has a short stature, a completely different aura and apart from facial features there's nothing in common between them as naksu had a dark aura .. well built body and was quite tall, no wonder most people think they have met before but don't recognize here whatsoever.

Yul prolly doesn't recognize her 'yet' cause they were a bit younger when they first met and its been so long since her death on the other hand jin blames dangu cause he wasn't able to protect her father from naksu and hence partly responsible for his death
