I never claimed to be an acting expert. This is just my opinion as a viewer, which is literally what a review is. When people watch a drama, they judge the story, the acting, the chemistry, and whether it made them feel something. For me, the acting didn’t deliver the emotions the scenes were trying to give out, so I pointed that out.
Also, criticizing acting in a performance based medium isn’t unusual. Actors are a major part of whether a drama works or not. I did acknowledge positives too, like the OST, aesthetics, and cameos, so the review wasn’t just all hate.
It’s completely fine if you enjoyed the drama or liked Jisoo’s performance more than I did. Reviews are subjective and each person has their own view and their own experience of a show.
