Here in the us if she reported the father I believe she could loose her law license. I don’t know if that’s…
I fully admit that I was expecting the k drama moment where the character forgets the consequences and does the right thing but I also appreciate the realism in the sense that of course in the real world things don't work that way. I completely agree with what you said, everyone had their fair share of blame ; I was betrayed by my expectations for sure.
As for FL, she 100% deserves to be treated well and get tons of compliments.
I agree about the SML. I don't know why but he seems a bit creepy. Although he seems caring and thoughtful but…
Yes exactly!! Something doesn't add up with him. One of the things that creeped me out the most looking back is how he showed up to her house when she didn't pick up his calls. We must be getting a storyline related to his behavior or I'd be shocked if we didn't.
I know FL had no obligation to report that the father was leaving with the child to the US but it irked me a bit because if she had said something the child wouldn't have been harmed (not that it's her fault entirely obviously) but then again the world isn't perfect so I get the realistic approach.
As for SML I'm not feeling him, he's giving me a weird vibe for some reason. (Nothing to do with wanting the leads together, I don't particularly care about it in this drama)
I’m actually utterly disappointed with the messy writing at the end for the main couple. Yess couple can never…
I agree, it felt so out of character. I agree that their lives would feel different without their powers but to go to the point the characters are out of character just... doesn't sit right with me namely because the past episodes were great. I'll just pretend the writers actually did a good job otherwise...
The drama was great until the last episode, the writers lost their footing there for some reason and it came out a bit out of character. I like that in the end they still choose each other again and again. Plus the very last scene and the transition had me screaming lol yeah.
My God, I'm not familiar with c dramas yet but this one was EVERYTHING I'm speechless. CGI? Props department? Costume department? OSTs? Acting????? SO SO GOOD
I enjoyed the drama but honestly that's because Jayden carried the whole show, stellar acting by Shin Sung Rok.
EDIT: And listen, the way Jayden's storyline wrapped up was disappointing in that his entire life was ruined by Gu Jingi, he was a victim in a sense but got the saddest ending meanwhile Gu Jingi gets to die with his family by his side instead of rotting in prison. Doesn't sit right with me.
