I did... I also didn't like how Captain Yoo's homophobia was simply brushed over. Like he threatened Han Yang…
I feel like it was portrayed as a flaw of Captain Yoo's, rather than of Han Yang, so I'm good with it. All of the older characters who learned Han Yang was gay just accepted it and moved on, whereas Captain Yoo's reaction exposed his immaturity. Even though it made Captain Yoo uncomfortable, he kept Han Yang's secret for him, rather than spread it to to others. And he saved Han Yang from the drug dealers when he had the chance, rather than ignore it. He went from not wanting Han Yang near him to wrestling with Han Yang on their cell floor like an idiot during one of their many fights. I think these were meant to be subtle hints that Captain Yoo had evolved on the issue somewhat.
How different is Jung Hae In's character in this series to the one in Something In the Rain. I would regret watching…
In SITR, he seemed like a kid in love to me. Because of his circumstances, in OSN he's just so much more mature and calm and responsible (and a little sad). Even though both dramas came out in the same year, it's like he's 10 years older than the character in SITR.
Their support of each other was limited by the fact that all three sisters are secretive for the sake of being…
Yeah, they had secrets from each other, but they also had each other's backs when they found out those secrets. Rather than say they were close from the beginning, it's better to say they became close after learning about each other's struggles and supporting each other through them.
Wait, didn’t they end up being together in Something In The Rain after being apart?
I agree about the issues not being addressed in SITR. Sure, they got back together, but I wasn't convinced the FL's mother would completely let them be once she finds out.
is it worth to watch something in the rain?? im loving this one
The two dramas have a similar feel, so if you like this one, you might like SITR. I prefer OSN. They share a lot of same cast, so it's interesting to see the actors play such different roles. The FL's mom is the same actress is both, but the two characters are polar opposites. And the ML is the same in both, but in OSN he seems so much more of an adult that I can't believe these shows were filmed in the same year.
Took forever but finally finished this drama. I think a few characters deserve their flowers. First up, FL’s…
I watched OSN before I watched SITR, and I definitely prefer OSN. I really liked the FL's mom in OSN, but she was the absolute worst in SITR. Definitely a great actress. Also the ML seemed like a totally different person here than in SITR, where he seemed like a kid in love. Here he was so much more mature, with an underlying sadness. Also, I think I'm too much of Westerner, because I still can't fathom why the ML's circumstances in OSN or in SITR was such a cause for concern.
Before episide 12 I actually liked the FL. But after that one... She becomes childish and selfish to a frustrating…
Not only did she disrespect his feelings and wishes when it came to his father, she then had the nerve to make it a condition of forgiving him that he drop his father off at the airport. I hated her so much for doing that.
I loved the chemistry n d beginning. But m going to be honest no matter how much u all r going to hate me FL was…
She was driving me crazy by the end. I kept thinking the ML deserved better. That said, the actual breakup his fault. He definitely shouldn't have requested a transfer to the US before he talked to her about it. Even so, he deserved better.
So at the beginning of the show, everyone knows that Do Min Seok committed suicide. But almost at the end, we found…
I don't remember what they said about Do Min Seok's death, other than it was a suicide. But I remember Min Seok telling Hee Sung to throw Mi Sook off a nearby cliff and then turn himself in, pretending she fell while running from him. So, my guess is Hee Sung used that plan for Min Seok, making it look like he jumped. The fall from the cliff could disguise the head injuries from the rock Hee Sung hit him with.
Actually, this is the first BL that I've watched. İt was great but after reading your comments I'm worried if…
I can name a few I really enjoyed off the top of my head:
Addicted Heroin HIStory2: Crossing the Line HIStory2: Right or Wrong HIStory3: Make Our Days Count Love Sick Love Sick 2 I Told Sunset About You Where Your Eyes Linger Like in the Movies 'Cause You're My Boy (aka "My Tee")
I was floored by the kiss. I really expected them to do the touch-lips-and-freeze thing I've seen in so many SK…
Yes, I've seen "Why R U" and you are not wrong. Another one that surprised me with the steaminess was a Filipino series called "My Day." It had other flaws, but damn those two actors went for it in their love scenes.
I agree, we do need more fantasy BLs. I'm enjoying what South Korea is putting out, it's beautiful content and…
I agree. MODC was really good, I'd even say it's one of the best I've seen. The last episode had me bawling my eyes out, but that just goes to show how much the series made me care about the characters.

Make Our Days Count is so beautiful though. It's one of my favorites. Even the last episode is good in its own way, just super tragic. But all the sad stuff happens in episode 10, so you can watch through episode 9 and then stop there, if you want a happy ending.
Am I the only who thought Duk-Goo looked totally different? In a good way. I had to check and make sure it was the same actor from the first season. Dude leveled up!
