Writer nim, you should check your facts before turning it into a script. In Typhoon Family, you said Malaysia has 800 islands. That is false! The island nations with more than 800 islands is Indonesia. Malaysia is a peninsula country just like South Korea.
After a long hiatus and multiple apologies, Kim Jung Hyun eventually made his way back into the entertainment business. There is, however, someone who never recovered from what happened during the production of Time and Kim Jung Hyun’s actions throughout the shoot.
It is so sad that Choi Ho Chul has quit scriptwriting after Time and has forever left the career of K-Drama production. Before Time, Choi had successfully written the 2013 Secret and the 2015 Mask, becoming one of the hottest rising K-Drama scriptwriters in the scene.
Choi Ho Chul wasn’t usually the type to release script books, but right after Time ended, Choi released one. There were a lot of reviews saying the script book is actually packed with a lot of romance scenes.
While writing Time, Choi Ho Chul suffered a ruptured appendix but continued working with a drainage bag attached. Choi had to revise the script multiple times due to Kim Jung Hyun’s request to remove all romantic/intimate scenes. After Time, Choi stopped his writing activities.
We have lost the best “classic romance scriptwriter” like Choi Ho Chul to Kim Jung Hyun's scandal. We don’t get those now anymore. It’s unfathomable how exhausting it must have been to make Choi's fully retired.
I feel terrible for Choi, all because he was set up to write for the wrong male lead. Kim Jung Hyun and Seo Ye Ji made so many people suffer—especially the female lead for Time (Seohyun) and the scriptwriter.

I am sorry that you experienced so bad during the filming of Time. That you had to revise the script at the end of 12th episode where Kim Jung-hyun's character drowns at the beach while saving Seohyun's character. That your appendix had burst from gastroenteritis in the middle of the broadcast of Time, but continued to work in the studio with a blood bag on.
Kim Jung Hyun told Time's director to erase the "melo-romance" after his girlfriend insisted for him to "change it well so there is no romance and no skinship". The result was the disappearance of thirteen skinship scenes in the drama from episodes five to 12.
I hope that you are and come back with another good piece of melodrama.
Finally complete the show. I love both version; but the Japanese version suits me even more. Could be because of the culture and the emotion shown in this show is relatable to the Jap. It has a few things lack in contrast to the Korean version but this show deserves a ful 10/10 from me.
The Joseon King is specified in this kdrama is King Yeonsangun (reigned from 1494-1506). According to Wikipedia, often considered the worst tyrant in Joseon's history and perhaps all of Korean history, he is notorious for:
1) Seizing hundreds of women from all over the Korean Peninsula to serve as palace entertainers; 2) Appropriating Sungkyunkwan as a personal pleasure ground; and 3) Launching two bloody purges.
Question: Do we really need a foodie sageuk centered around this guy?

Personally speaking, the answer is NO.
