I think I meant this one when I left that message. Be warned that the drama is heavier than this movie, but an absolute gem nevertheless. I feel sorry for spoiling the big twist though, although you might still be surprised. Leave me a feedback if you watch it later Im curious to know how you liked it :)

This movie itself was nice although probably a bit overrrated I think.

Also, I dont get why it is listed as Chinese when they were in Taipei, Hsinchu, etc. Not to mention that the male leads are Taiwanese…

Not sure how to give a recommendation without spoiling both movies/dramas….
But there is definitely an amazing korean drama with the same plot twist that people who liked this should watch, but if I mention the title then you would go into it knowing the deal and it will ruin it for you…….

Anyway the reason I saw this plot twist coming was because that kdrama destroyed me when the twist was revealed…

They really are different. You probably need to watch one more episode to see them interacting more I guess

Precisely. I read the comments amd was expecting a terrible plot twist at the end and instead we got the most reasonable ending possible.

I started watching episode 3 and within seconds i went back to check episode 2 in case i missed some scene after credits. I’m used to the confusion now but i dont like it, it gives me amateur vibes 🤷🏻‍♀️

The hotel scene before all hell breaks through. Oh yes, familiar pain 😅

Everything about this gives me SKAM S3 vibes. From the direction, to the plot points. Like, anyone who’s been through the skam timeline IRL was going crazy with how Even was confusing Isak (ie. us ) and these cliffhangers….
That being said, editing of SKAM was much better. This one just jumps between scenes leaving it up to you to connect dots.
