Yes she was hurt. But you need to understand that he intentionally humiliated her in front of everyone to hurt her and pushing her away. But she knows all of this, she knows he is doing it intentionally to push her and all that he said was not from his heart. She actually wasn't hurt because of him or what he said. But remember? he mentioned on how she confessed saying "Choose me. I won't betray you", this was the one that hurt her more. She actually never considered him the betrayer but in fact considers herself the betrayer for what happened in the past. She thinks that she couldn't protect him, and stay with him when he needed her and just left. She always has been blaming her all of the time
