Hi! I saw your post about the princess man right when you wrote me (I was curious to read what you thought) but sometimes it takes me time to get to the keyboard to answer :) Im sooo glad you loved it! I feel exactly the same about everything you wrote. I thought about telling you not the read the history cuz I was thinking after I finished the drama it would have ruin the experience for me if I'd known. I usually really hate bad ending but here I didn't. It was done very well and I was left with this heart ache but not unsatisfied with the ending. I too loved all the characters. I loved how, in contrast to the dramas I've seen so far, the characters were strait forward with one another and bold, the plot wasn't based on misunderstandings and coincidences.. I still miss The Princess Man :( Im fighting with myself not to start yet ANOTHER rewatch :)

About Gu Family Book, I tried watching My Girlfriend Is A Gumiho and I just couldn't buy that this non-human creature is having human thoughts and feelings. I just couldn't go with THIS flow. So I'm avoiding Gu Family Book right now. I also don't know how You Who Came from the Stars is gonna work for me cuz of that. I see you liked it. What do you think?

My, you make Lovers sound so good.. I'm looking forward to it.. I was thinking watching Lovers In Paris first. What do you think? Does it have any connection at all?
I'm trying to mix up as much as I can the dramas I watch. For example, after an angsty drama I would look for something more light. And more importantly - after a really good drama I fell in love with, I would go for something more risky, not one of the best that I'm not sure I'll like at all. That way I won't finish all the best dramas right away and try and see if I like dramas which are rated a bit lower. Right now I'm still under the effect of The Princess Man so I feel I'm not emotionally available for Lovers, for example. I would just think and compare to The Princess' Man when there is really no need :)
So I was thinking watching The World That They Live In now.
How do you choose dramas from your looong list? :)

About SC - that drama made me laugh the most and cry the most so far. Even more than Scent of a Woman which is about a woman dying for cancer! I really got into it and loved the second half no less than the first.
About The Princess Man you asked me in the forum - this drama is amazing. I don't even have words to describe it. It's with BEAUTIFUL cinematography and scenery, it's 24 episodes which make you feel like a whole life, a saga with many twists and changes, ALL the actors are amazing, the writing is superb. I really don't have anything bad to say about it. I fell in love on episode 1 and still can't get over it :) But it is angsty and melodramatic. It's not light by any means...

Hey :) I'm recently realizing how much your feels and opinion about a drama is a matter of timing and the order by which you watch them. Because I'm still relatively new I still don't have a strong base for comparison. For example, Boys Over Flowers was my 3rd kdrama ever and I REALLY got hooked on it and rewatched it then many times. Today, after I've seen some more, I realize how bad it is, but I still remember how much I loved it back then so I'm not downgrading it in my list for now. If I'd began watching it today I'd probably drop it on episode 3 max. :)
With SC, it was also one of my first ones and I remember thinking it's perfect and I'm never gonna find a drama to top that one. But now that I've seen The Princess Man and Scent of a Woman, SC pales in comparison to them and I'm realizing it wasn't THAT THAT good. So..

Hi again! The Greatest Love IS one of the "feel good" ones! I watched it many times already, makes me feel and LOL every time! The Princess' Man for me is the best made drama I've seen so far. It's just PERFECT in my eyes from every aspect. I've watched it like 7 times during the last week and a half (yeah, I'm obsessive :) ). I'm still debating whether to put in 1st or 2nd in my utterly obsessed list :) so you should definitely watch it but it's not a light one so be prepared :) How is Gu Family Book so far?

- Rooftop Prince - I'm into time travel and I didn't like it. I wish I would just leave it in my dropped list and not waste so much time on it :)
- I'm too new to dramaland to know how a drama slump feels so I can't really give an advice... BUT: how come you haven't watched Shut Up Flower Boy Band? It is very different from the other (few) dramas I've seen and I found it amazing.
- I don't know about my genre preferences yet, I'm still checking different genres out but I already know that I must have a tight writing with the focus on the romance (so no action dramas for now). How about you?

I'm currently giving Rooftop Prince another go cuz I dropped it before. But it depends on the mood. I'm trying to mix it up and watch one top score drama-one more risky one which wasn't rated the best..
