I don't think they are siblings. In the Japanese version, as far as I could see, his father killed one person, there are three in here. and one of them could be YJK's father. Due to the picture that rich lady sent to KMY, his mother left her husband and took their "child" with her. they just had one kid, i hope. :)) this drama makes me crazy!!! love it so much
