Disappointing Follow-up to a Promising Season
As someone who really enjoyed Season 1 of Bitch X Rich, I had high hopes for Season 2. The first season had a perfect balance of drama, mystery, and tension that kept things engaging from start to finish. Unfortunately, Season 2 failed to deliver that same energy.
The pacing felt cold and unnecessarily stretched out. Instead of building tension, it dragged – making it difficult to stay invested. The plot took too long to grow, and just when things seemed like they might pick up, we were hit with yet another mystery at the end. Instead of excitement, it felt frustrating and repetitive.
While some characters had potential, the overall storytelling lacked the spark and punch of the first season. It felt more like a setup than a sequel – as if it was stalling for a bigger twist that never really came.
Not the comeback I was hoping for.
