Nahhh SE pretty much has lost his reason to live without his Heejoo๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ
You do have a point but I think the parents already know that he has a soft spot for Heejoo after the cliff incident.
The dad pretty much said "ah so you really do care about her" after the cliff incident and the mum is sharp enough to have noticed how SE's hackles usually raise when they insult Heeju infront of him/ how he was like during the cliff incident ๐
I did find it interesting though how the reporters simply chose to be human for once and focus on his wife's disappearance instead of the "I am a fake" declaration๐
I seriously need help ๐ญ. I just can't hate the real paik sa-on even knowing he's a psychopath ๐ญ๐ญ
It's the "what if" isn't it? What if the Baek adults didn't fail him when he first showed signs of his psychosis? What if they at least took action after the first murder? The fact that it took fish, a cat, and four murders to make them realize that they were in deep ๐ฉ is astounding.
The Baeks keep telling that he was born a monster but honestly the family's actions made him worse than what he already was ๐คทโโ๏ธ
The only time the father said something sensible was "we both created a monster" honestly.
Guys can we give credit to the reporter friend. Really a friend who understood his priorities when it came to…
It looks like the reporter and SE have their own story behind the trenches. The way the reporter read between the lines and understood SE behind all his gruffness is just so heart warming๐ฅฒ
The way even he was so heartbroken on behalf of his friend while covering Heeju's accident is just ๐ (specially considering the fact that he's a seasoned reporter who should remain objective infront of the camera).
Guess he must have figured out who the pervet husband was ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ
It's in the novel if I'm not mistaken.Logically it makes more sense why the chairman would pick his secret illegitimate…
Yes, they edited it I guess.
Unless, if you watch the flashback. Heeju was seated right next to SE and she noticed him leave the table without eating anything. Coincidentally she filled her plate with a lot of food (it was really abit much for a kid ngl). Perhaps she served for both of them but her mum caught her first? (The scene can be a little easter egg for the readers maybe?) I'm probably wrong though i guess
My heart goes out to the victims and families of those who lost their lives in recent Flight accidents .Crazy…
Will they be cancelling all normal scheduled programs? I thought it was only the special events they've organized for this week (plus today's and probably tomorrow's programmes of course).
It's in the novel if I'm not mistaken.Logically it makes more sense why the chairman would pick his secret illegitimate…
That's true. I guess they had to keep some of the main elements in the drama to appease fans of the novel/ webtoon since they made so many changes.
For instance, in the novel, HJ used to sneak SE's favourite food to him when they were kids. I really liked that bit so was abit disappointed that they didn't add it to drama.
Haha yes, anybody would do really to replace that kid.
There was a huge family portrait in the flashbacks so he must have seen it on that? He did tell Yuri also that there was a portrait hanging.
You are right though, it's interesting how they choosed not to continue with SW's pov of the ring plot since he even brought it up in his vlog. Unless- was it the same episode or the previous/ next episode we saw SE's nightmare? They could have used the sketch to hint that SE's nightmares are connected to SW's case?
Hey got your notification! The fact that SW wasn't aware of a fourth missing kid seems highly suspicious considering…
Mama Baek seemed to truly believe tjat her son was dead though. I guess since she lost her son, she just really wanted to make her sacrifice worth it by winning the election? Once she found out that he was alive, together with the father's incompetence and SE's lack of commitment, she simply gave up and choosed her son.
What I love about WTPR is that at first glance it looks very male dominant but honestly it's the women who control everything (the obvious pair is Heeju and Mama Baek but discreetly, In Ah has more power over her dad too).
Ohhh yes, the Baeks are going down! I wouldn't be surprised if the father just utterly humiliates himself. He's incompetent and his staff is worse. Even the family secretary is likely to turn on him since he already sympathises our SE.
Mama Baek is likely to go to jail. She can't negotiate her way out of any of her misdeeds.
I'm curious to know what will happen to SE. I know that in the novel things aren't as bleek as it seems in the long run but the drama tends to veer off from the novel so it's hard to tell what they have in store for him๐ซ
TMAI! The accelerated healing process make so much sense in kdrama land since the drama takes place within a month's time space. It would have been a nightmare for the makeup and styling team to replicate the injuries in all the episodes ๐ ๐ ๐
IKR?? As much as it's sad that it's the final broadcast week, I really can't wait for the next episode ๐
Since the Kidnapper is most likely the real Sa Eon, the other culprit (the one who wants SE to feel his pain)…
Based on ep 10, looks like he's going to use his platform to expose all their dirty secrets. He just needs Heeju back by his side so he can function again ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ
Sa Eon already replaced her car. It's not very noticable since both cars look similar but her original was a KIA…
Heeju's bio dad was her mum's ace to control her. One of the reasons why Heeju agreed to marry SE was because her mum promised to take care of his medical expenses (her mum threatened her in ep 2 to not to mess up her marriage when she came to drop off Heeju's "work clothes").
In episode 10 why did the screenwriter introduce the possibility that fake Saeon is chairman Baekโs son and…
It's in the novel if I'm not mistaken.
Logically it makes more sense why the chairman would pick his secret illegitimate son to be part of his legacy than a random kid who knows that he murdered his own grandson. If he isn't above murdering his biggest sponser's TODDLER to hide his secret, a fisherman's son is child's play.
He probably kept tabs on Sa Eon enough to know that he's not a loose cannon like his legitimate family.
but how did park do jae know that hong jui was his wife? what was following him? because it wasn't explained
Sa Eon mentioned that he was being tracked in ep 10...it wouldn't have been that difficult for PDJ to figure it out sprcially since he's been working with SE even before he got married
The dad pretty much said "ah so you really do care about her" after the cliff incident and the mum is sharp enough to have noticed how SE's hackles usually raise when they insult Heeju infront of him/ how he was like during the cliff incident ๐

I'd love to know how they connected. The wildest theory I could come up with is that may be they coincidentally met through SW's Vlog ๐ ๐ ๐
I mean PDJ was a Paradiser. And SW's vlog discussed about crimes and explosions which seem to be interests of the kidnapper.
In order to execute his plan, PDJ needed a hitman so may be they clicked?
๐ ๐ ๐
(I'm probably wrong of course so really hope we get more insight on this since it's such a random coincidence).๐๐๐

The threshold % to be a parent would be significantly high compared to just being related (specially as a half sibling)
