Hello I have a question. Will the ML or whoever knows that FL is from the future?Or no one will know until the…
ML finds out in ep 10
SML - Sol tells him that she's from the future in ep 10 but he is abit skeptical (though still super supportive)
Grandmother - yes ( 2023 grandmother knows that Sol travelled back in time several times but her grandmother from the past doesn't -at least that's whats implied)- hints are given in all the 2023 timelines (ep 7/8/ 9/ 14) and confirmed in ep 15.
I thought when I started watching other dramas, Iβd think less about Lovely Runner. *sighs* Boyyyy was I wrong.…
Tell me about it! Ever since I saw SolJae's wish in ep 11's epilogue, everytime i hear "happiness" in kdramas, I remember that moment....i never even really noticed the word previously πππ
I started to watch 366 Nichi (J-drama) and boy does it feel like i'm watching 2023 Soljae from Timeline 3 (ep 9 post attack) if Sol was unable to travel back in time again.
I'm sorry to the viewers who were not happy that she messed with the timeline again but Sol made the right call to go back....imagine waiting hopelessly for things to change when you have a chance to prevent itπππ
This aspect of the plot is never developed. You know as much about him now as you ever will. He's a plot device.…
Fair enough and what you said is valid.
I guess a little more fleshing out his character wouldn't have hurt.
My take on ep 16's revelations based on KTS's dad's speech and the radio announcement about his past is that may be Sol did intervene in 2008 as well but not directly.
The news said that the cabbie was arrested for "attempted murder" back in 2008. In the original timeline, it kind of looked like the blood stains on the car were quite fresh/ on the floor of the barn like place was quite fresh too. Considering all the research Sol did between the timelines, may be she did figure out an estimate date and gave an anonymous tip to the police in a convincing way?
(Or else there is no other reason why the unknown murder could change since Sol knowing SJ/ Sol going to the resovoir has no connection to the original murder as it happened before her encounter with the cabbie).
The backing for him being psycho and just bad is the fact that even during his 2008 arrest, the cabbie did not show any remorse according to KTS's dad (i mean the claims that the cabbie kept yelling that he would continue to kill people). The only issue though i have here is why would they imprison him only for 6 years or so for a guy who pretty much promised to commit more murders π€·ββοΈπ€·ββοΈπ€·ββοΈ
About Sol completely cutting of Sanjae out of her life...tbf by this point she was beyond traumatized. It would be a surprise if she was able to think rationally. Her plan too in 2009 almost worked if SJ was not involved but...ah wellπππ
About the cops being more competent in 2023...idk about it...sure they are way better than the 2008 cops. No hate to KTS but the cabbie did escape because KTS didn't have the handcuffs on himπ π π
Why does the killer want to hurt ML and FL? Someone spoil me.
It was explained in ep 16 briefly by Taesung's dad- the guy is just evil- your usual psycho (if you want a real example, may be Ted Bundy?)- Sol just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Idk if you have seen ep 16 yet so I'm not going to go into detail but even the driver's actor confirmed that we shouldn't pay too much attention on the driver- some people are born bad- the end.
Also in a way if you think about it, can you really think of a justifyable reason why a grown man would be targetting an average student from a very average and pretty harmless family (2008 Sol's initial encounter with the driver i mean)? π€·ββοΈ
So was Sunjaeβs very first death a suicide then? Since the taxi driver wouldnβt have had any zero motive to…
Murder- Sanjae caught him in the original timeline too (ep 7 -Sanjae's pov flashback explains it- Sanjae's connection to the driver i mean)
Sanjae was likely clauraformed (or rendered unconscious in a similar manner) and was pushed out of the balcony - you can see this in ep 9 when the driver bursts into the room, he is holding a white rag but because timeline 3 Sanjae was sobre and alert, he was able to push the driver away.
I like the show a lot I gave it a 8/10 but what would have elevated the show even more is giving the antagonist…
You do have a point
TBF though what could 2 very average teenagers (i mean except for being a champ swimmer, even Sanjae was an average student- same with Sol/ even their family background) possibly have done to have such an obsessed psycho after them for years- every lifetime?
Think they did try to give an explanation in the original timeline though where the original Sol noticed the blood stain in the back of the car in ep 7's flashback which was why she hesitated to get in but the guy sensed it.
If they do...i hope they make it their own version instead of a copy. I mean the concept isn't exactly new after allπ

I wouldn't hold my breath for a remake
ππππ
I don't dislike Win but BWS is a whole other level -though visually they do look kind of alike π

But we did get to see KTS and SJ work together to catch him (even if it was unintentional) so guess that's something πΊ
The resovoir seems to be his "hunting ground".
In the final timeline, the driver is not aware of Sol and only knows Sanjae as a celebrity.

I mean random psychos do exist in real life π€·ββοΈ
Seeing as Sol is not even an heiress and she and her family are very average and quite harmless, how else can the writer explain the target?
(No hate- i'm genuinely curious since you seem so disappointed by this aspect)

Did you see the new HB cover?π
