Tbh i haven't really given too much thought on that aspect.
Scamming is bad (even if at least one of them was a true 🤬)
However, eventhough she was married to them, it hasn't really been made clear just what kind of marriage/ relationship she had with them (in both flashbacks she seems to be portrayed as the prim and proper wife/ not really like a siren) and even with the ML she hasn't tried to seduce him YET (yes, they kissed but the ML initiated it). So may be she had other ways to get them to marry her?
But its small pick-up and not the big ass Truck of Doom 😄😄
In a way it's good that BWS started late. I mean he can actually enjoy his success with no military obligations interrupting his momeentum. Annnnd now he even can proudly share the fact that his fictious band actually managed to hit charts🙊

The FL is definitely a morally grey character but there's still time for her to change.
At this point her main focus is her own survival but it's pretty likely she'll change once she gets to know the Boks more. She'll probably pay for her past transgressions too.
