You just have to live with it. It's kind of like a cycle, PAST Sol has to go through the new timelines without being aware of what 2023 Sol did. She will find out everything probably once she reaches 2023 herself.
The good news is Sanjae knows for sure the truth behind it now so her "memory loss" will be more bareable this time (eventhough it will be for 14 long years most likely). Tae Sung already knows something is up with Sol since he knows how clingy Past Sol is so even if he isn't 100% on board with the "future" explanation, he still accepts her without question.
The others aren't really impacted much by her memory loss so they simply brush off it as Sol being quirky.
