I haven't watched 9 yet, but why is everyone saying that from the Epilogue? Will it make sense if I watch Episode…
If you saw the prerelease for ep 9 (the train ride), there's this campus legend where if you kiss somebody on the first night of that particular college retreat, you will end up marrying in the future (they go so far as to mention how 2 guys were pranked into kissing eachother who ended up getting married abroad 10 years later) so the episode pretty much spends a chunck of the time on this.In the epilogue, Sol and Sanjae accidently kiss eachother. Since sol's bestie and bro ended up kissing on that night too and we know that they do get married later, it's safe to assume SoJae to would be endgame in the end. (Or at least TVN wants us to stay delulu till they throw the next batch of traumaat us again)π π π

To start with she never knew he was pinning for her for 15 yrs and she don't see herself to be that important…
I wouldn't say that she completely doesn't care about his feelings. Everytime she comes face to face with SJ, she internally apologizes to him before stabbing his heart with her cruel words. Drunk Sol from ep 9 pretty much confessed her true feelings by singing his Song back to him ironically π
She needs to save him first. If things work out in 2023, she'll probably spend the rest of her life trying to make amends for all the hurtful things she told him in the past π
This is so repetitive, that it is no longer enjoyable. I started this and absolutely fell in love and recommended…
That's part of the frustration and desperation Sol feels at this point too i guess seeing as no matter what she does, she's back to square 1. She hates hurting him but she has to save him. SJ isn't making things easier for her either as he keeps coming back for more hurt. It's terrible for both of them at this point. π
Wait, i hope this isnt going to be a 'she loved him during kindergarten epilogue ' ππππππ
Tell me about it! I recall a few names but for the life of me i'm not sure if they were actually friends or imaginery friends....and it's way too late to even ask my mum because it's too embarrasing πππππππ€¦ββοΈ
Could it be Seonjae time-travelled too?π₯Ήhttps://x.com/siwanroad/status/1787703774657827270?s=46
According to the web toon there is supposed to be another time traveller but i don't think they will make San Jae the traveller
(unless he travels back because Sol gets hurt in the next 2023 timeline since the new 2009 SJ is likely to find out about the secret behind his watch before Sol leaves) πππ
Think it's just Sanjae's unwavering love towards Sol. Since so far 2023 SJ's interactions with Sol barely changed despite the differences, him waiting patiently for her without loosing hope will be explained by his belief that she is from the "future" in the next 2023 timeline and that they will meet in 2023 since most of her requests in the past revolve around 2023? The narrative and his dialogues from their meet up at the bridge still can be used.ππππ
Wtf was episode 9 ? So much useless filler... almost nothing happened >_
The senior story arc did give the viewers a small reprive from the endless torture in a way- we can now be delulu and hope SJ survives long enough to get married to Sol someday π
Ep 9 was more like an episode that sets stage for the next round of events that will happen in the new story arc in 2009. They did the same when Sol timetravelled to 2008 at first too only it was subtle last time.
Also blaming Sol for hurting sunjae. I know kdrama audience mostly only care about the male characters but blaming…
It's rediculous that they'd even consider bashing Sol at this point. She's pretty much on a suicide mission trying to save him. She already knows the consequences and what will probably happen to her if Sanjae isn't around to save her, and yet she's risking it allπππ
The fact that she doesn't even care about reliving the college life she missed says alot - in the first 2 time jumps, Sol actually took a moment to enjoy lifewith legs- to live the life she missed, but college era Sol's only focus is Sanjae. Nothing else.
The chemistry between the main couple is so strong that the 2nd male lead stands no chance π
Putting it simply, they are the most touchiest non couple i've come across in the recent past. We get a lot of hugs, loving/ longing glances, words of affirmation, a few kisses, and of course a sense of protectiveness from both the ML and FL throughout the series.
Officially they get together in ep 7-8 but because it's to do with time travel, things are complicated at the moment. But we know for sure that they are End Game.π
sorry but at this point her only character trait is that she is a crybaby... it's annoying
To be fair wouldn't you constantly cry too if you have to keep seeing the person you love die over and over again because of you? Worse, after all the effort you put to go back in time to save him, the damn guy won't listen to you? π π π
The real question is, why did 2009 Sol back then took Sun Jaeβs watch after the incident? Since she had the…
It was part of the evidence pack that was handed over to her. She was traumatized so probably never looked at the contents until the grandmother found it?
She anyway cut ties with San Jae also at this point so there was no way she could have given it back to him

Think with LR we usually need to watch it twice since we are abit too impatient for SolJae moments during the first viewing πππ
They are all in purgatory at this point in 2023- will SJ survive? Will he die? Even if he lives, will he be ok?
πππ
She anyway cut ties with San Jae also at this point so there was no way she could have given it back to him
Also trchnically all Sol said was "the future" not "i'm from the future" so makes sense why it didn't woek
