Nah, it is just as dramatic. But compared to My Father is Strange or those heartwarming ones, this one does have more shrill and annoying characters.

I found it so hard to even have little sympathy for Kim Seol-Ah. She chose her path, don't know why she cried over it. She chose money over everything. it was so irritating to watch her. but I can't believe they still have characters like the chairwoman/MIL. she was beyond mad

the superficialness of it all is so frustrating. girl has a little acne and everyone treats her like dirt and bullying to the point of suicidal thoughts. what sort of shitty message is that? thank god the actors weer likable and fun, otherwise it would just be frustrating

she is so irrational and jealous from day one. acts like an overgrown child throwing a tantrum.

so many shrill female characters, it drove me nuts. why are most of the women in the show in hysterics?

Ojakgyo Brothers and Shining Inheritance are really good for their romances as well.

Usually in a drama with so many characters and couples, it is easy to finds many of them boring, but this drama manages to do justice to all the couples - they all have me invested.

seriously, i agree. it is just comforting to watch things without dragged out conflicts and evil, rich people. I need more stuff like this. When the weather is fine had a similar feel, but not as good.

I wish there were more movies like this, all the warm fuzzy and inspired feelings
