if he was atleast 18 . it wouldnt happen without his consent anyway and if he was underage he is not adequate enough to decide to get metastase and not get treated . its as simple as that. its how medicall world works . she was in his life or not dosnt matter . He was underage so he could not have any opinion about being treated or not ! He is acting like that after 10 yrs shows his character of being so petty which I dont like and thats why I droped this serie today but you can enjoy it ofc .
