Fall in love with a CEO bastard. Cry, laugh, and spend two days binge-watching a banger of a drama.

I went into this already not liking the female lead. Why? I hate the idea of a mother having a secret baby and hiding it from the father when we *know* the father is a good man. And she very quickly changed my mind. And once she did, I was obsessed with this drama. I binged this all in two days. Yes, I know, get a life right? No. This consumed me for 2 whole days.

One of the first thoughts I had about this drama (as in I said out loud was): "THIS DOCTOR NEEDS TO GET A LIFE BEFORE I TAKE HIS LIFE." Because god, he annoyed me so badly. While I'm on the topic of the doctor, I just want to say I hated the build up of his relationship with his love interest. I did enjoy the relationship when they actually got together though—that was fun.

Xin Qi was such a bastard in the beginning, which is why I think this loses a lot of re-watch value for me, especially the first half of the series. But episode 16 was OH MY GOD. When he walks into the crowd and takes ownership of his son?? Man, I can't be watching dramas with cute kids and shit because now I want a kid (and baby fever has taken over me the last few months).

The only thing I wished they touched on in the end was either 1) adding Xin Qi to the birth certificate of his son or 2) removing the custody arrangement thing they signed. Like yeah it's a piece of paper, and at the end of the day, they're happy and it doesn't matter. But it would've been a sweet moment. An absolute love and trust moment.
