I am doing the same for real like you!! recently waiting many dramas to be completely aired, hopefully I would be ready at that time to start any new drama...
I waited when the phone rings to watch it before a week from the final but it was really so hard to wait this show many weeks till around the time to be all aired to start it...

in fact we are in the same boat of not being able to get over it easily...
I want so badly to watch anything new but not feeling any excitement for any drama unlike how it was for this one once I started watching it!!

I agree with you whatever the truce happening in palestine will take path and no matter if the ceasefire will be for a long time or not, the trolls won't be ending at all regarding the controversial and arguments happening here... I doubt even if this truce will be ending the war for real as both of parties are stubborn and can't give up on their terms easily...

I am so sorry and really so sad to hear all these misfortunes happening for you family... wronging and injustice is not only indeed occurring in palestine, it is existing in other parts on this earth but the palestine issue took most interest globally so the talk is only about it everywhere and the world is most affected with it...

how the drama had nothing to do with this critical political issue?!?! the news scene is the last few minutes of episode 12 made a huge controversial all because of this war!!!!

the war in palestine ended officially today after a truce between both of parties so really people who are still unable to get over this news scene and not satisfied even after knowing it was a mistranslation, should now forgetting this controversial issue cause now there is no any logical reason to hate and downvoting the drama anymore!!

yes I agree with you definitely!! we could be twins when it comes to have mutual feelings about korean dramas, meeting here as being impressed with this masterpiece and feeling absolutely the same symptoms after this drama ended...

though I am planning to watch some dramas that are currently aired once it is all completed but still not feeling ready neither having the same excitement like when this drama was still aired...

the same for me, it was really so good and becoming so hard to find such great acting and fiery chemistry in any other drama!! I am feeling till now unable to get over it and starting anything new...

it is really unbelievable how in the news scene it was obvious if translating from korean, they are not meaning to offend palestine in anything and we still see people hating to the core this show misunderstanding everything and stubbornly sticking to their opinions and accusing the drama being "zionist propagnda" blindly after all the clarification about being a mistranslation!!

it is really so wondering, there is still hatred towards the drama though after it was clear and obvious proving that what the drama wanted to say is not what they are protesting against it!!!
even the campaign of boycotting was not for the drama only but the actors who played in the news scene too!!
some wanted an apologize from the official channel aired thd drama... it wasn't their fault for the chaos of mistranslation that happened as in korea it didn't caused the same problem with watchers there when they didn't meant to offend palestine issue in anything...

yes they shared in page here the ratings of this drama for other sites, there is imdb having most the ratings dropped drastically and abruptly to 1.5 as I remember!!

I don't know maybe on mdl to make a change in ratings, they need to remove all the bot accounts who are the main reason behind the downratings for the controversial issue of that news scene in last episode...

many had complaints about the ending and were unsatisfied but the trolls accounts affected more the dropping in ratings...

they used the name of a fictional country "paltima" referring to palestine and "izmael" referring to israel, but they meant in the drama to say that paltima is the one receiving the attack while in the mistranslation that caused a lot of hatred was saying the opposit so that is why the page was in chaos here last week...

no it was proved in correct translation from korean they meant the contrary of what the mistranslation was saying and people were protesting against it!! the drama was wronged to be massively attacked and downrating like that!!

we hope so to have a peaceful page here from now on!!

in korea it didn't caused the same problem for watchers of other countries as working team in drama are aware of what they wanted to say in their native language not intending to offend palestine issue in anything and it wasn't them who subbed the drama, so maybe that is why mbc didn't give any statement about the mistranslation...

I think netflix is the one responsible and to be blamed about this chaos caused here as having the subbing team of the drama and they should be considering of what they caused among watchers with their misbehaviour...

anyway they shouldn't including political issues in real life from now on for any drama would be aired as the mistranslation was catastrophic making a lot of arguments or at least to check up their translations many times before uploading the episode!!
it is really better separating fictional world from what is happening in real life and let the drama be for entertainment purpose only, not mixing any political topic within any drama for avoiding any fights could be between watchers in the future!!

they shared a links before here in comments section about it many times after check up on this matter after one day from airing the final,
by google lense if you go back to the news scene, you will find a red arrow in the background behind the newscaster indicating that the airstrike was throwing from "izmael" referring to israel to "paltima" referring to palestine and not the contrary and even what the news presenter was saying clarified by the right translation implying paltima is the one receiving the attack and what is written in the news banner, the correct translation is saying that izmael is taking the korean hostage and that is the truth what korean language wanted to say in the drama...

but netflix the one who subbed it caused a big mistranslation making the contrary of all what the true translation above mentioning unfortunately... so the drama really didn't meant to offend for palestine issue and it was the guilt of the subbing team who made this huge fault!!
I wouldn't be saying all of that if I didn't see the link appropriately and even making sure myself about it...

so well said indeed!! the final was flooded with amazing romantic feelings though he left for another country after the kidnapper made him feeling guilty about the real father of male is the responsable of the accident happened to his wife and her siblings and he wanted to punish himself away than her, but their love proved to be stronger than anything when she followed him wherever he could be and even though her life in argan was in danger and I was extremely satisfied to make them reunited again after all the hardships they went through!!

I like it so much in the scene when he rescued her!! and all their scenes in the final being together are so good to consider it a perfect ending!!

all the OSTs are so outstanding and enjoyable!! the rewatching value for me is so high that it is really deserved to watching it again at everytime feeling a deep longing for it that left in our mind!!

I agree with you about that argan plot was rushed and could be extended to more few episodes to be a little more detailed to understand better what happened with male and how he reached argan after he left her for six months and was able to rescue female when she followed him there but this drama being based on a big novel made into 12 episodes maybe they didn't had any other option to include it suddenly like that and when watching it feeling something not related to the plot and like watching another show...

but though all of that it is still considered so good and didn't had any complaints about it as long the ending was in favor of leads!!

yes surely this chaos of the mistranslation won't be causing any problems in korea as the true meaning of what they wanted to say in the news scene is clear for them unlike the watchers from other countries who are hating it blindly for no logical reason after it is been shown that the drama didn't meant to offend palestine issue at all in the correct translation!!

I will put it on my plan to watchlist based on your opinion liking it and will watch it when it is all aired as the korean slot airing schedule of dramas is so frustrating with only two episodes per week!!
