yes it is totally normal to remember his mother when she keeps cooking for him as this should be meaning a lot for him I think according to what I had read in his childhood every memories for his mother is related to shared meals...💯💯

in comments they are saying there is a link between leads like she is making him remembering his mother through the dishes she is cooking so he is maybe feeling affection that is missed for him when he lost his mother at young age and found it in female, so such situations I think this could make him falling for her unconsciously and seeing him in pictures getting closer to her and pulling her towards him starting with intensive chemistry!!! so he would be with all of this attracted to her with time and I checked now a picture from the trailer of episode 4 is showing a kiss between leads!!!🔥🔥

there was an article shared on mdl mentioning about the actor talking how he was training to perform perfectly and how the directors and all the team helped to make him outstanding in such important role!!

me too I didn't watch him before and there was comments criticizing him for his previous dramas before this one aired but so glad this time is different, he made the watchers amazed with his performance as obviously he was working hard to nail such important main role, proving that he was fitting this role especially I had read after he was the substitution of park sung hoon, in a short time they were filming the drama so really it is considered a wonderful job he is doing in this promising drama!!

I think lee chae min did a great difference in this drama compared to his average previous dramas, reading the comments praising him!! it is so good that he was chosen for doing the role of king!! just seeing the pictures he is looking charismatic with great facial expressions corresponding for a sharp king personality!!

oh noooo!!!!🤦‍♀️😱😅 you take me wrong definitely!!! I don't mean other actors are bad and not wanting to disparage them!!!! but just saying honestly in my opinion that in acting he excelled over them with his amazing performance and I am not the only one liking his acting the most if you read comments here!!!🙂 I think we can have sometimes different opinions...
I know that I can't ignore all efforts of the cast of actors who did too a nice job as surely the drama is not only about him!!!;)😅 all of them at the end contributed in the success of this great drama!!!
anyway it is good to know that you enjoyed the show and liked the acting of all the young cast of actors!!:)

I know right!! she is the most annoying and despicable clingy second female lead ever seen!!! though she gave up on male lead for returning him to his girlfriend at the end but still she was so horrible!!!

absolutely right!! I liked this drama too the most for him as he was so outstanding with his great and realistic acting and way better than all other actors!!
