I have the feeling that they will focus at the end about dr cha being an independant doctor and heading towards her goal to success in her field and maybe she will not end with anybody because the chance of her being with roy maybe is slim, just a presumption it could be the opposit, but I am giving this opinion based on what situation she is into, so after a big shock of cheating she should uprise and at least she have to do even she will forgive this trashy husband, is to divorce him for her dignity and self value.
Now maybe her interest in life if she will get rid of her husband after that is to be successful in her career as doctor and if a second chance romance maybe it will be second in her priority...
