the point here even she didn't choose the other doctor and just stay as a moral supporting friend for her, it is not an issue because at least there is someone else than her parents who understands her...
the fact of having this high rating maybe it is just based on the great casting choosen, they are doing an amazing job by portraying the story as real one but what frustrating me is belittiling and humiliating the female lead by her brazen siblings and the slow paced events like they are filling the drama with additional meaningless scenes in the meanwhile till reaching 16 episodes, I am feeling there will be the great bombing end where a critical moment for her if she will succeed divorcing or just choose to sacrifice her life for the sake of building a happy trashy family life😏😏😏

I hope she will become a great doctor and uprise to get her freedom and be independant, compel her trashy surroundings to respect her and not being anymore a door mat stepping on her dignity...

it seems you have a great hope for a satisfying end and if they want her to venge herself and making her choose the right path for a better life and gets rid of him, maybe they are wasting their time in the next few episodes just to make it a big surprise in the end after a great efforts she will do, but maybe she is planning for her next steps she will take in her life to enhance her messy living situation, I appreciate if they want the drama to take this turn by making her though slowly gather evidence for a divorce planning but hope not the opposite because though it is a fictional character but really so frustrating whatever real or feiry story...

if you will compare this show to the one currently airing dr cha, this one is much so lighter and fit to be mentioned as comedy tag in opposition to dr cha who shouldn't be like that, doesn't deserve to be highly rated and events getting to the worst and so disappointing but I think borah is less frustrating in characters than dr cha and looking forward to watch this one here as best choice drama🤔

I am wondering how this drama is so highly rated with the facts are implying that she maybe will forgive her beast husband and maybe she will rebell for few days after the great shock in her life then her heart will soften for her childs asking her herself how she will leave them, this kind of weak and naive female lead is frustrating me to the most, they should call this show "oblivious/naive dr cha".

The end of twenty again was so healing and amazingly done by considering at least she deserves to have a second chance in her life to start anew after being belitting and ignored by her husband for the sake of his first love, but the husband here is more abominable in multiple times than the one in twenty again😒🙃

If someone tell you have a "wicked disease" and "terrible disease" and you are rejected by society to have some health issues and exposed to all kind of blaming to be born with disease,
HOW WOULD YOU FEEL THEN?
It is not the guilt of someone to make himself afflicted with this disease, would you feel so happy and satisified with people criticism around you?
As you say it is normal the people with these cases wish to end their life for that reason but there is no need to making them remember their illness by screaming and facing them with truth everday.
The parents are the weakest point in the topic here and maybe suffering multiple times than their childs.
Parents should fight to make them feeling at ease and not kindling their inner pain, there should be some moral support for these persones with health issues instead of blaming them.
Isn't it enough they are living hardly to overcome what they suffer from and maybe they will not even thinking of marrying in this case or even if they do this is their business not yours.
