Just watched episode 1 and the technical aspects(especially cinematography and music) are too good. I need to watch more namkoong min dramas because in 2 of the dramas i did watch(good manager and hot stove league),he played 2 really different roles with opposite personalities and in this show too he is playing a different role. Also recently watched celebrity and i liked lee chung-ah's character so looking forward to her character too. My only complaint(yeah, a complaint after a single episode) so far is they are doing a really bad job of keeping the criminals alive(they had the chance to save them but they didn't. I hope there is an explanation for that in the future).Other than that, a complex and a packed 1st episode.

Just watched the 1st episode and WOW, seo hyun jin should play these kind of serious roles. She just nailed the role here. While i'm still conflicted about the character and how she is acting, you have to admit that seo hyun jin is nailing the character.

Look, I'm all for revenge here but i just can't root for oh-nam's mom and she is probably my most hated character ever(for me she is on par with some penthouse characters). None of the the three main characters(mo-mi, oh-nam, oh-nam's mother) are likeable. Actually i don't know which character i wanted to root for cuz all of the characters are so hateable. I can't root for oh-nam's mom cuz she didn't want to accept that her son did something wrong and blamed everything on mo-mi. I can't root for oh-nam cuz he is too obsessed with mo-mi and his character is generally not likeable. This might be a controversial opinion but i liked mo-mi's character the most. She really didn't deserve the shit she went through(some may argue that she should get punished which she got but what she went through in the show are much worse). Finally what i want to say is FUCK BOTH OH-NAM AND HIS MOTHER(especially her). I'm sorry but I just hate her so very much.(I just realized that i wrote too much about how much i hated oh-nam's mom). The show was not bad tho, it's just too weird for me.

Also, i saw that so many people are criticizing the FL's character for wait for it-"being cringy", like in the context of the show, the way she acts is fine. Everyone is like "why is she touching him like that?" or "why is she acting like that?" CUZ SHE IS A FREAKING ALIEN AND SHE IS ATTRACTED TO MEN, but i do have to agree that she is thirsty as hell

i haven't laughed this much in a long time. I'm just rambling here after watching just one episode but damn the episode was funny. ALSO CAN I JUST SAY THAT WAN PENG IS SO BEAUTIFUL, like i just watched one drama of hers(meeting you) and she was so good there. She really nailed the character here

Never thought i would say this, but the characters in this show are on par with penthouse characters on the "characters who annoyed and made me so freaking angry" list like the characters just made me so damn angry. While i don't think that this is a masterpiece, it is good for a 1 time watch(i got unintentionally spoiled on a major detail so that didn't help either).I don't think i would rewatch this cuz i probably won't feel anything if i do, but props to hyo joo and hyung sik(special mention the kid) cuz they are the primary reason i completed this show.

yeah, i do agree that the plot line is a little stupid. I expected a big reveal but it turned out he is just an ordinary guy(minus the killings).

One of my major complaint is THE WHOLE SHENANIGANS STARTED BECAUSE OF AN OBSESSED PERSON like that just came out of nowhere. I actually thought the binimon or whoever was the person(you-know-who).While they subverted our expectations as to who the person was, that didn't give any impact for me personally.Still liked it though-8.5/10

Just finished watching the show. Am i the only one that's unsatisfied by the ending??Like it did tie up the loose ends but i expected an ending like "the glory"(kind of similar vibes with the whole revenge plot, a woman being kind to the FL, a ML who helps in her revenge)where everyone gets what they deserve(while they did go to jail, they deserved far more than that).Why are so many people criticizing park gyu young?I thought she was good and while her chemistry with joon kyung is not bad and questionable, i personally think it was the way the show intended to portray their relationship. This show personally seemed like a mixture of penthouse(the whole makjang, irritating characters, betrayals, a poor FL struggling to maintain her place in the high-class society, a good woman helping her etc) and the glory(the revenge plot),it didn't hit as hard as either of them. But still it did made for an entertaining show. It's just that the twist and the finale didn't hit me as hard as i thought. I think as some people said, it should have been 16 episodes and 1 hour long to develop their relationships a bit better(especially shi hyun-jun kyung and shi hyun-a ri).They crammed too much is the gist of it.One complaint will be kept under spoiler tag cuz that is a big spoiler.

Am i the only one who thought the ending was too "convenient"??I thought this show wouldn't take the goblin route but it did. Still though only because of seo in guk and park bo young i gave this show a high rating cuz damn the last episodes were too convenient.

While I personally feel hometown cha cha cha is good and the similarities are there,they can't say that it's plagarized.Also i personally feel meet yourself has more solid and interesting main characters,supporting cast and subplots are more interesting.No disrespect to HCCC cuz it's one of my favourite shows but that is only because of Kim seon ho and Shin min ah.

Ok,I'm like almost halfway through the series and this might seem a bit weird, and I'm positive it won't happen but I'm kind of shipping damai and nana like IDK their chemistry kinda feels that way(but that would be a great addition cuz I've never seen a girl's couple in K or C-dramas)

I NEEDED TO SEE MORE OF MOM AND SON. Personally I think the ending is a happy(?) ending cuz he didn't disappear from the world and they gave everyone a proper ending(except for shuling but I think they became a couple in the ending scene so I'm sure that counts as a good ending without it being all weird).
