It's nice that the producer continues the momentum with several episodes of the SoKP variety shows. They know they have a winning drama in hand, and fans would be sucking everything SoKP related up. So cool of the production team to give us viewers a gentle come down from the high. I don't remember seeing other dramas with this many dedicated variety episodes after the show finished airing.
Well its a different genre but Lost You Forever has some very grey male characters in it.
To me, SoKP beats all the others listed above because of the satisfaction level it brings. It may not have the best court politics, nor best harem strategy, nor best cinematography, nor best revenge, nor best music, but the satisfaction factor it gives the viewers is what makes SoKP the ultimate winner in my eyes.
I really enjoyed SoKP and I know I'm not a weirdo. I'm not sure why you're spending so much time in this forum…
I honestly don’t remember Yan Li forcing a kiss on JXN. Can anyone please respond with ep # and time mark? I’m truly curious now because I don’t think the assault as a topic was included in the drama.
The world of cdrama is so fascinating to me. The audience for them are mostly complete weirdos who like weird…

Please separate the novel from the Cdrama adaptation. Nowhere in the drama/show was there a scene nor any mentioning of Yan Li raping JXN in the 1st life; he only called her a liar. If I'm wrong, please cite the episode and time mark.
For those who are unaware and missing this group of casts, do watch their variety show, “As you wish: story…
So entertaining and funny. I laughed so much when Xue Ding Fei pulled the salt bae move. Also hilarious was when BL and ZLH reacted the stabbing scene in different dialects.
I want to know about JXN and ZZ thing. Is there any romance between them or JXN only has feelings for XW?Please…
Per drama, JXN liked ZZ, but I feel it’s more of an admiration and infatuation kind. ZZ also developed feelings for her but in a way he missed his chance because he didn’t seize the moment when she was fawning over him.
here we had a character Zhou Yin Zhi he wasn't a good one but he wasn't evil. in the entire plot he constantly…
I agree. I intentionally hold off reading the novel until ep 34 aired. I didn’t want to have my drama viewing experience be ruined with spoilers. Like you and other viewers, I also sympathized Zhou Yin Zhi because of the way he was portrayed in the show, as if helping and loyal. Not until the very last minute in the show we were able to see his true color, as written in the novel which I didn’t even get to the part he killed FangYin until after the show finished.

Zhou Yin Zhi 's character is described as the worst of snakes in the novel. He played everyone he could to benefit his career and social status, and was one of the main persons leading to the downfall of the Yan family. In the 1st life, I believe when Yan Li returned to the capital, the first person he sought out to kill was Zhou Yin Zhi. In the 2nd life, JXN pardoned Zhou Yin Zhi's life, hoping that she could also change his fate for the better and didn't want to fault him for something he hasn't committed yet. In the novel, he did kill FangYin, and for that, he had to pay.
I like that XW could tell JXN has feelings for him and called her out on it. Because he was able to read her, he came on to her hard sometimes with those punishing kisses and harsh words; because she was trying to deny and suppress her feelings for him.
So my take is XW knows she somehow knows the future/what might happen. He’s not dumb, and her words are clearly…
I agree. I think he believes she's different and somehow has "knowledge" of what's to happen, but doesn't want to delve more into the intricacy incase it "messes" things up. That's why when she blurted out that he had killed her before, he believed it and didn't even question her the "how" and "when" of the incident.
