Second and third princes are old and sane enough to rule without the help of a regent. Very interested to know how it's going to pan out because no matter how it's sliced and diced, there's no easy way to grab the throne from her position. She would really have to work some Houdini magic to steal it.

Although Princess Roujia helped move the Empress Dowager's plan along that killed 30K men, I feel she does want to do good to her nation and raises the living standard to the people including bringing equity to women. In ep 26 when she was conversing with the Dowager, the Princess did say that she wanted to be the ruler so that she could help more unfortunate souls, save more people, and make the country a better place.

I'm wondering the same. Did she or didn't she? Nothing about her is revealed until the last minute, so we would never know the truth.

Her fiance was just a pawn in her overall scheme. She doesn't love him. Her reason was to avenge her biological mom's death and to gain power and have the throne.

That’s why I’m conflicted. I sympathize her past and what happened to her, and would have forgiven her mistakes; but she really crossed the line with the 30k men and LD. I cannot in full conscience pardon her.

I hope she doesn't go this route. If she's relying to Northern Liang's military power, she should be concerned that once she has the throne, what would prevent Northern Liang from turning the table on her and seize her land/nation instead?

Now that Princess Roujia verbally declared she wants the throne. I wonder how she's going about to get it since 3 princes are supposedly ahead of her as the next in line.

Which of the following would she do?

(1) Kill all the princes; or
(2) Fake an edict from the late Emperor passing the throne to her; or
(3) Somehow, somewhere, she has enough military power for a coup d'etat such as joining power with Northern Liang for a price.

The Legend of Zhuohua just keeps giving! Every episode is so packed with satisfying contents. Today's episodes are climactic and gripping! What you thought it would be isn't what it is at all; and even if you thought it was, it's no where at the magnitude you'd imagined. Great cast and acting, scriptwriter and arrangement, and thank you to MR. Director! 10!!! 10!!!

Even though it's 3 days away, what happened today is enough to last me until next Monday!
