It's a cultural thing. She can't call him "Mr. Han" because it indicates they are stranger. As she is close enough partake in their New Year Dinner event which is normally reserved for family and close friends of the family, she can address him as "grandfather" as how HT would address his grandfather. She also has been with them for many years, even to the point that even the grandfather sort of thought she would be HT's future bride.

I beg to differ. HT also solves problems for JX, but he does it in a way that's not too obvious in that he keeps asking for the extra 5% to make it seems like he's not helping JX for free. LL and XY are at the starting phase of their strange relationship. They are trying not to overstep each other's personal life, but they are developing into something more. Anyhow, I hope they end up together and have a better understanding of one another and be respectful of boundaries. Cheers!

The expression on Mr. Xiao's face when he found out Li Li works at JX's company. I can't wait until he finds out Li Li is JX's bff also. The connection is that his bff, HT, has a long crush on JX because of her character and personality. Li Li as JX's bff should also have admirable traits.
