I do not see any problem that he have not been in a relationship before. Many people like that who still have no relationship experience even if they are in their 20, or even in their 30. It is not anything wrong with them, just the western mindset being too sexulized that they are shaming people for being virgin... Beside DK is the only character in this drama that is mature compared to his age and not afraid to express himself. The other character could learn allot from him.

She always feel inferior around JE though as he can not figuring out what he feel for her and do not want a committed relationship. I do not see how that can be called love when he can not be honest about what he want.

The difference between JE and DK becomes very apparent this episode. NB and DK just going around taking picture and relaxing together. He even let her sleep in the van while he sleeps outside. He clearly care for her and make her comfortable and know his own feelings. She should just have meet him after that bad experience with that first boyfriend. I can not remember she being happy with JE like this.

Got you :) I suppose they mean that consider there is more time to explore the plot, the drama can tells things that the movie did not have time to explore. But I do agree with you that is seems to be a flimsy comment.

I was reading an insider comment in an article last year about webtoon, novel, movies adaption into dramas is done because it takes time for a writer to make a story from scratch (make sense to me) , so they therefor also looks after already made storys to make into dramas. If they can make their own story out of it like 18 again I do not mind this. Saying that there is also original drama storys coming too, like; police academy, The road: tragedy off one, No longer human, Reflection of you, Dal ri and gamjatang, Only one person, Return (Hong sister always make original dramas). Just to name some of them. So do not think there is not anything to worry about not getting original storys anymore.

Gonna mis our trio. I personally liked the romance as it was not dramatic with break up or misunderstanding but just two people being happy together enjoying each other company. their relaxed dynamic is very heartwarming to me. I also liked that the focus was more on the friendships and also healing from trauma.

So with the new stills of NB and DH the production company comment really tells that there gonna be a change in JE.

I feel they have used up all those intimate moments without any proper build up toward them, so it feels like it now fizzle out, without being exited over finally a hug or kiss after some proper emotionally progress between them. saying this I know it is a point in the drama too though.

Maybe... But from her saying she did not want to talk about him as she gonna miss him thinking about him. I think it is more change they are on a break as he handling the family trauma maybe spending time with his brother.

People do fall in love not always at the "right time", so I do not think it is problem that YJ or SH those. I think what is more important than waiting to be in relationship when you are "ready" is how you handle your own trauma and how it affect your relationship. To me you can see both YJ and SB actually affect each other in a positive way, like SB pushed JY to me more open about his own feelings and himself. while YJ pushed her to fight her own social anxiety. Beside in last episode they both opening up about each other mothers. I do not think the drama says that romantic relationship fix your trauma, but rather the importance on talking about it. Based on the preview it looks like YJ maybe gonna start takling the family situation without SB.

I think one of the thing this drama have done right is showing the importance of platonic love in friendship. Like clearly JY, SH and SB but also between the girls, like we can she how they comfort each other when the other is down.

Is it only me thinking if NB and JE had been just friends taking things slowly getting to know each other they could have a change for a relationship. I personally think the biggest walls between them is the fact that he never opening up to her about himself to her and she therefor drawing back. What is left is clearly just hollow without any substance for a growing healthy relationship. Many talking about his may red flag, but to me the biggest distance between them is him never letting NB knowing him on a deeper level.

To me she seemed deep in her thought about what that professor said in the class about planing the future, so she was caught off guard by him. and got no time to think it over. She even comment to JY why did she follow him.

Based on her comment to SH about being concerned about her future it looks like she is contemplating that. Also she seems very worried about Jun too as she knows he is struggling but also want to wait for him to tell her at his own pace.

I understand your concern regarding her character and they maybe could have been more clear with her character traits. I was like her in university struggling with social anxiety, so to me those smal improvement she did for herself is a leap in my mind. The way she trying to step out of her comfort zone is maybe not big, but those smal goal toward improving herself is a step toward bigger goal in the long run. Therefor I see those more subtile things with her character showing individual growth. We still have 4 episodes to go so let see what road they gonna go with her character.

I think So bin stand strong as character of her own. Many people struggle with Social anxiety like SB but I find her strong anyway as we can see her trying to break free from her own fears, like when asked that teacher in ep 1 about working for the professor and then asking SH about that past group project, even befriending him. Beside we can see her being honest about her own feelings to the people around her. Maybe she is not as load character but her honesty toward herself and other people make her a very compelling person. She even manage to make JYJ more honest about his own feelings and opening up. No wonder in my eyes why he feel for her.

He did tell SB about his brother and a little part of his traume to her even before telling SH after she told him she wanted him to open up to her. His walls slowly coming down by her encourage to be honest with her about himself. He did not tell SH anything before after he learned about SH family situation and therefor felt closer to him. He clearly sees SH as a brother figure. I think both SB and SH is a part of YJ growth and healing.

Already love him as we see him prepare food for her in the preview. My weak spot is men that can cook as you can feel the love in the food.

Frankly speaking NB and JE relationship is very empty just based on physical attraction.... There is no substance to let it grow into a fruitful relationship at this point as he just want to be casual (get her in bed..) where she want a stable relationship. They also never have a meaningful conversation to getting to know each other as everything is about lust and JE ignore it when NB want to talk about their relationship. I genuinely can not see how this is romantic in anyway.
