Yo, Viki managed to piss off entire continents today, lol! Getting cursed out in over 30 languages
Its out on drama.net finally. Usually, the drama.net site is pretty fast, but they werent yesterday. I went to Viki b/c i know for sure that Viki would have it within hours. I was wrong, smh. They did a mistake

I was wondering why we havent been able to watch episode 2 yesterday, even at night. So I went to Viki to look at the comment section. People were saying that Viki or somebody uploaded the wrong show, which hindered the subbers from subbing the show which is why we werent able to watch it subbed yesterday.
The first half of ep 1 felt like it was ep 8 or something and I'd skipped the previous ones. Points for fast setup…
Thats how ALL asian dramas should be. Im used to American shows being set up this way: reveal a bit of important history a bit at a time. It was getting reaaaal annoying and tedious with the asian dramas
was the kid at the beginning of the episode really his brother? (I'm thinking no, but I'm not sure) Also, he died,…
Lmao!! Here's my theory: cha jae wan is actually the son of Lee Joong Goo (the guy who found him). He lied & told him that the Ciel person is his dad just so that he could take over the Ciel hotel. I know he said something about the dead chairman killing his wife/woman or somebody he loves, but he probably just mean that he took his girl & she died later. Also notice how Lee Joong Goo got mad that cha jae wan confessed to the chairman that he's his son. I think Lee Joong Goo played it cool by saying, "You really thought he would have apologized to you?" Hmmm....
Second theory, Lee Joong Goo may have mistaken cha jae wan for Ciels real son. In other words, he may have found the wrong son. Idk WHY these kdramas never do a DNA test!!!! They just listen to whoever tell them that they're the kid of a rich person.

Kdramas do a bad job differentiating who's related to who But no, they're not brothers. He and the younger boy were probably very close like siblings. And yes, his little friend died
I really wish ppl gave more attention to jdramas. I dont know how kdramas became such a huge trend. However, jdramas can be too predictable & repetitive.
kdramas focus on being too "perfect" too much. Their acting can be stiff much of the time- the actors literally move their bodies rigidly or they turn their heads "prettily". The make up they wear tries to cover every flaw possible so they end up looking creepy. Theres alot of glamour, also
chinese/taiwanese actors OVER act, lol. Its too exaggerated. I saw this man shake his finger at another person for a full 2 MINUTES. You try shaking your finger for a full 2 mins to see how long it is, lol! Their scripts arent always cohesive or not much thought is put in to it. They pretty much always say "Hey, let me tell you....". Like, i promise that there will never be a time where you WONT here it.
As u can see, im observant in flaws

Lol, i noticed that while typing it, even though I actually watch Korean dramas waaay more than Jdramas. I wacthed more jdramas when i first started, then started watching more kdramas b/c they get subbed more and subbed the fastest. They both have strengths and weaknesses
I have a bit more time to watch asian shows than my american shows. The asian ones are online, but i have to download my american ones. Plus, I must pay full attention to it, so I try not to watch those during the week.
Thats a toughie, lol. Tokyo DOGS, Manhattan Love Story & The Tempest are my number 1 faves. The 1st two had me laughing until tears. The 2nd one was...idk, deep? But I also like the "classics" such as Hana Kimi, boys over flowers, Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge & a few others i cant remember. Oh and Hello My Sweetheart.
A few of my other fave movies & shows are on my profile i think
Yesss, it IS awful! i watched so many great shows/movies = (
I believe i started in 2009 or 2010. I used to watch anime on animecrazy.net for years and Id always stare at the "asian dramas" tab. I clicked on it one day & it linked me to dramacrazy.net . I tried out a few asian shows, loved it and pretty much just went down their list & started watching shows back to back, lol

I have a way u could download it, but idk if you'd want to. You would have to download Free YouTube Downloader. It can convert the vid to mp3 very quickly (i use it ALL the time)
