Could someone tell me the name of the new drama that is always advertised at the end of I Hear Your Voice?? I wish the subbers would have subbed that part, too, lol

Oh, yea. I forgot about that remake. The only reason I watched Oldboy was because it kept popping up whenever I wanted to watch something new. Anyways, yes, there will be an American remake, directed by Spike Lee.

At the time, i hadnt seen the original, so i didnt care to see Spike Lee's version. After seeing the trailer and the slight differences, I plan to watch it!! I like to give certain remakes of movies a chance. If I see something different in the remake, and i LIKE that change in the remake, im totally watching it!

Hi!! Nope, i dont mind at all!! I didnt care for the ending because thats the part where we learn why he was held captive and the reason for him being imprisoned....just....sucked. If I remember correctly, Dae-Su told his friend that he saw the siblings being intimate with each other. The younger brother tortured Dae-Su because he started a rumor (he told his friend, and his friend told others which is why the sis killed herself). It's just too...simple. That situation isnt enough to make me want to revenge. My reaction at the end: "That's...why? Seriously?" Again, i cant remember that well, but when the glass window broke, did they even see Dae-Su's face, just his eye, or anything??

Will Graham is an FBI consultant or something. His ability to empathize with serial killers allows him to vividly imagine how the killers feel and their thinking process during the murder. You can think of him like a "special" profiler. If u ever watched Monk, Will's ability is "a curse and gift".

Later in the series, he's ordered to see a psychologist, Dr. Hannibal L. And thats where all the fun begins. I could maybe say more if u want, but Im not good with explaining shows/movies to ppl without worrying if Im saying too much.

I havent seen BM. Do u suggest I watch it? Yeaa, I dont think I Hear Your Voice is up your alley. What reasons r u passing on it?

I think u should skip it, too, lol. I have no idea why i really liked this show other than the fact I was in the mood to watch a historical drama and this show satisfied me.

As far as Hannibal, i dont know if u should look at the reviews b/c there are ALOT of ppl saying its too graphic and other nonsense. But the scenes r no different from CSI and Criminal Minds. Im really bias, soo I want you watch it based on your own desire. Oh & season 1 is finished.

Rest assured, the show is about the cannibalistic Hannibal. Im not familiar with the classic story, but I guess they made it more modern? Im not sure if they changed or kept things the same. Mads did an excellent job either way!

Im only watching I Hear Your Voice right now. Its seriously well written. I was watching Dating Agency:Cyrano and Nail Paris Shop but I dropped them.

The airing dramas this season have been lacking in quality big time. Ive been watching more anime because Ive been getting in a drama slump myself. Ive also been watching my regular American shows, too. Ever heard of the show Hannibal? I LOVE it! Lol.

I wished Ruo Xi made more references about the future. Usually with these time-travelling shows, the person makes many references to the future or raise suspicions about being someone else. While the 2 princes mentioned that she may be from the future, it was brief (literally like 10 seconds in the last episode) and not much of a big deal to them. Or maybe even have her write a letter to 13th Prince confessing that she isnt from that time era and maybe telling how she got there, or even what may happen in the future.

The 2nd prob I had was that they changed Ruo Xi's will to fight and attitude as the years progressed. Ruo xi was very outspoken in the first few episodes. Its fine to show her character growth and maturity, but I loved how she had no problem putting ppl in their place. She kinda became all boring and submissive as an adult

Ugh, I should have seen it coming: the played out "who am I?" scenario thats in korean dramas. I forgive the writers for this because they've done a fantastic job writing all of the episodes so far.

I had to skip past the part of Hey Sung on the bus texting her deceased mother. Almost teared up, smh

There was an episode where Sul Chan asked his mom if he could invite the group over their house to practice. Whatever happened to that idea?!?

I laughed so hard on episode 7! The manager & the vice president (shouldnt it be "principal"??) were hilarious in this ep!

Finally, a show with good actors, a decent plot, AND plausible shock value!!! LOVE THIS SHOW!!

Me too!! After hearing her, I just had to come back to MDL to see what that was all about, lol!! Se Yi's voice was nice in the beginning, but its starting to annoy me a bit. Nana's voice is on a whole other level!!

SbES had some great & bad things about it. I liked the main girl; her acting & character was well done. ALL the princes have something very unique about them. There's alot of them, but you'll truly love their characters. The romance was simple, but still enough to feel mushy. I cried hard on the last episode, lol. You'll love (& hate) everyone that much!

But I had 2 problems with the show (let me know if u want me tell; dont wanna spoil it). Im still not sure if I should have rated the show a 10.

My all time favorite historical drama (so far) is the jdrama, The Tempest. So well written, amazing and strong characters, there was character growth and excitement!! I LOVED this show!! I highly recommend this show over "Startling".

That movie sounds good. I'll hav to look at it. The only asian movie ive seen lately was Holy Daddy. The ending was great; didnt care for the first part of the movie. (I also saw Man of Steel: aweesoooooome!!)

I just finished this time travel-historical Chinese drama called "Startling By Each Step". I really loved it!! The characters were so amazing. I cried at the end, lol. Ive concluded that Japanese and Chinese make the best historical dramas!

The ending made me shed a few tears. It was good!
