I am sorry if you say doctors shows you a slice of real life you are wrong I really recommend you go watch beautiful mind an amazing drama sadly it got very low rating because of doctors and it is so underrated. I am a PSH fan too but sometimes no matter how good the actor is if the story isn't good you just can't watch it . I really recommend you to watch beautiful mind go watch it with an open mind without being biased and I promise you will love it

One of the best medical dramas I have watched compared to park shin hyes drama doctors this drama is another world its too good. I have watched both dramas and beautiful mind keeps it realistic and not cliche like doctors. Absolutely loved the characters and I love the fact that they showed us supporting characters too not only the main character. I honestly doctors doesn't deserve half the ratings they are getting its very regrettable that it ended with only 14 eps instead of 16 I wanted more.
