Guys tell me is it worth the hype because I have been disappointed with almost every hyped drama this year should…
I don't think I finished any drama from this year either (except Mr. Plankton, which was really good). But this one I'm really enjoying. Seems to have a little more of that classic kdrama vibe. Now let's just hope things keep up until the end!
I'm currently watching Gangnam Beauty and now I understand where all those people saying he can't act come from. He doesn't deserve the hate though. Even if he couldn't act then, he has clearly been working very hard and with every role he's been getting better. Personally, I look forward to his future works and how he will develop as an actor.
I was actually surprised by how much I liked this. I started this thinking I would just go through a quick romcom, then only checked the amount of episodes when I was well in. I really expected that it would drag a lot since lately a lot of shows deem to do that for me, but I actually enjoyed this to the end!
I don't know if I just spend too much time in nature or if anyone could see that there was a lot of sets and unnatural lighting used. Nevertheless, I absolutely loved the setup of the story and both JJH look stunning!!
There's announcement already and you're right the show will be at around Sept for european countries (except english…
I have a VPN too, but I tried it a few times with Netflix and it just lpada and loads forever and then maybe if you're lucky streams in 240p. I guess I'll really just download it this time :')

I expect it will be up pretty soon on other streaming wesbites. I usually prefer watching things legally but september is a long wait :( I never understand why the delay because my language preference is set to English and that already shows a lot more shows than if I set my native language as default.
I expect this will be another one where us Europeans will have to wait until the show is over until it is released on Netflix :( I haven't seen any announcement of it yet where I am
Last week I wrote a comment about how the whole psycho dna was doubtful to begin with... this week I will add to that post that another thing why the whole "let's just test everyone's dna so we can eliminate all the psychos and live in a peaceful world" doesn't work. Because it doesn't take a psychopath for someone to murder people. This show is telling us that through OZ.
Psychos are just a teeny tiny fraction of people who kill. Most people will kill with a motive, or a strong belief/motivation like the people from OZ.
I wanna watch this so bad but as someone who is autistic imma be cringing throughout the whole show of the portrayal…
Funnily enough it was while watching Run On that I (also a person on the spectrum) identified a lot with the main male lead, even though he wasn't written with the intention of him being autistic.
Alright, theory time. When this show started, I had a hard time believing the whole "we can for 99% say if someone is a psychopath through their genes" because it was so far fetched. Now I'm thinking that they might not actually have known this but instead were still in the process of finding things out ? Like a "99% IF I follow these certain steps to know for sure, which are definitely not morally accepted methods"
To know for sure you will need a lot of data. For example, you will need to test both a lot of known psychos (which is another hard question mark because it's not like there's a lot of actual psychos irl) but also random people. Then, if there is indeed a gene that all the psychos have in common you will need to see if any of the random people also have that gene and then continuosly follow them to see if they really are a psycho so you can confirm that that gene is indeed the deciding factor.
When you have indeed confirmed this and if you want to be thorough in your research then you might even want to try and backward engineer it, plant it on some unkowing soul and see if it changes them to become a psychopath. And hey, while you're at it, maybe you'll try to see if you can somehow make some good use of that psychopath so you can be seen as doing something "for the greater good" right?
It might be that both YoHan and BaReum were actually "infected" during the dna test with the psycho gene and that's why they were being followed and protected. Because as YoHan said, they were lab rats. And now Dr. Daniel is in his final stage of testing with Bareum.
I can't believe this. After years of doing medieval reenactment in Europe I had pretty much taken peace with the fact that no tv show or movie would ever be historically accurate. People here always choose fictional drama, fantasy costumes and showy swordfights over actual history. But here we see a show getting cancelled over people being angry with the historical inaccuracies!
It's sad for the whole production and everyone involved in making this though. But yeah I will admit there is actually a little jealousy going on with me right now.
