its a point of view ...i though kim rae won was pretty overrated cause his character was cool .. and punch was boring in my opinion ...and had the same issues the melo part was awful and the endless circle of backstabbing and blackmail...can you explain what is it you dislike about whisper...I mean no one said its punch part 2 so why the comparison still it does have all the writers elements and seems like a marriage of the chaser & empire of gold... if the characters are more flawed and not that cool that makes them sympathetic ...

it does have flaws like every show mostly by the PD but for me its great compared to the stupid shows of these days like prison break parody and serial killers abuse shows and time travel ...and LBY is amazing

korean law of rape requires complete lack of consent with the use of violence or the victim should be completely impaired and impossible to resist the forced sexual intercourse also if the victim had a chance of escape the rape wont be recognized and that for women
i dont kno if rape can become a cultural thing as well but why should a law in America apply to a kdrama character and why this one I am sure ive seen millions of drunk men waking up next to a vixen and no one said a thing does this make femme fatales rapists

i did not say that a woman can not rape a man but if we look at how it happens its always an older woman with younger man or threats by use of power as in prison or in that famous case where the guy was dead passed out and found her on top of him and that is certainly not the case here you do not suppose that they are showing YJ to be like that here if sex happened ... the thing with those laws about consent they apply majorly for women cause a woman can be passive and is weaker physically however do i call every drunk woman a rape victim with no evidance how do we know and where is the thin line and why cant we acquit ppl of drunk driving murders are all drunk ppl impaired... everybody is talking about how you cant tell how drunk means impaired ...and I havent heard of a drunk man pressing charges against a woman cause he did not remember sex
