Thanks again. 'Self Awareness' & 'Judge Not…' are both perfect thoughts to carry with us, moving forward.

How so? I include KSH in my prayers. If you've been around a while you might have read my past comments referencing him as a victim as well as a perpetrator. That this story is entirely tragic cannot be exaggerated.

I am not without compassion for his plight and have repeatedly suggested he would fare better to simply own up to his mistakes rather than deny & deflect his culpability for the pain & suffering inflicted on others. He would likely receive more support than what his fans (enablers) are giving him now.

Victims of childhood abuse often grow up to become abusers themselves. Those who exploit the vulnerable increase their ranks by the harm they inflict. This is a well-understood psychological phenomenon & coping mechanism. Some (like KSR) have too much empathy & self-awareness to be able to project their angst outwards as if their victim is the one responsible for their own pain. If she had received empathy and support perhaps she could have been saved from making the tragic & fatal choice to focus her pain inwards & turning herself into her own perpetrator & victim. 😢

Psychological projection is a theory in which the human ego defends itself against unconscious impulses or qualities by denying their existence in themselves while attributing them to others. Narcissists are renowned for using psychological projection to blame other people, even when it is entirely apparent that they are the ones in the wrong.

No. I do not. That's exactly what I was referring to, previously. Even those who love doing that should stop doing that. And it should be more socially unacceptable to do so.

Young people are vulnerable and should be protected from those who would seek to exploit them. Young people's brains are undeveloped until their mid-to-late twenties—especially their prefrontal cortex which affects one's ability to reason.
