It was because they were teased by the casts and interviewers everywhere. Mark only admitted that he liked petite girls that time and the only petite one among Sarm Noon Nuer Tong cast is Toey so they tease them to death. He could be embarrassed or maybe annoyed. Either of the two only Mark knows. 'Coz right now he's really smitten towards Kim lol.
I was binge-watching Rak Nakara again after I'm done with My Forever Sunshine. That lakorn will forever be a masterpiece for me (after KC). It still gave me the exact same feeling I had 3 years ago and I was reminded of how I truly become a Mark fan lol (like I lost it, totally!)
Jao Noi (Mark) is a kind and loving husband. He loved Man Meung (Taew) dearly even if he thought it was one-sided.
The ending, for me, is not the saddest part of the story. It's when Man Meung never knew how Jao Noi loved her whole-heartedly amidst the political conflict.
Jao Noi was also clueless that Man Meung loved him unconditionally even to a point of sacrificing her life. He thought that she only loved the country, chose to do her duty as a princess, and betrayed him which makes it even more painful.
It was only until the end when Man Meung confessed to Jao Noi, saying that she hopes to meet him again in the afterlife. Jao Noi wasn't even able to say a word because his heart was bleeding seeing his love on her last breath. And yes, she didn't know that he loves her. Ughhhh. (╥﹏╥)
Mark and his looks towards Taew is so endearing that if I was in Man Meung's shoes I would have instantly known how truly madly deeply inlove Jao Noi is to me. Taew, she was able to show her love and affection towards Mark on screen even if she's torn between her love and duty.
The OST that Mark usually sings on events, entitled My Heart is Waiting For Love, is about a person waiting to hear that one word (rak) from someone he truly loves.

I'm a sucker of KC and RN. Even up to this date, those two lakorns of him are diamonds!
Me too. Although Mark and Toey had a funny background. They were shipped in the early days of their career. During Sarm Noon Nuer Tong Era, Mark has a huge crush on Toey. He once said that he liked petitie girls more. All casts including Kim teased them both on interviews and during filming. Mark's face was soooo red everytime he's with Toey. It was so funny. Now, they moved on from the teenage years of their life. LMAO.
Game Lah Torrachon is still being filmed but i think it's nearing completion. I will most probably air in 2021…
It wasn't scheduled to air this year because even if there's no COVID, the production said they'll finish this by January 2021. Since COVID happened, they moved the date of finishing all its Qs to March 2021.
kisskh has this habbit of putting December 31 (insert year here) for unconfirmed release dates.
I wish I get to watch Rak Nakara with Eng subs.. Its on my watchlist for so long...
I really had a hard time understanding it alone because my Thai is limited (all the more they spoke a dialect) even if I grow up watching lakorns. It helps that I was able to talk to people at asianfuse at that time. Many of them are fluent in Thai and were able to give us in-depth understanding of what's happening per episode. We watched it live that time while discussing the story there.
Medta and Mahanyom is the producer of this, same prod house with Kom Faek. If you already know, Kom Faek is a remake oh a hit CH7 lakorn and not much has been changed in the storyline. LOL Plerng and Tapao stole that show for me. It might happen again in Game Lah Torrachon with Taew and Top Jaron's character. The second ML was really endearing in the original one. I fell for him more than the jerk fuckboy ML. lol.
Prajun Lai Payak. A lakorn originally by Aum and Weir. The second male lead in this lakorn stole the show because ML was really a jerk for sleeping with two sisters in a love triangle.
My favorite episode so far is episode 5. That's when I feel that both Mark and Kao were able to maintain a good balance and intensity of each other's acting. I'm really a sucker of good exchange of banters. If a scene is good, but wasn't executed well by actors, I just lost interest in an instant. Actors for me play the key role in a drama aside from a good rational plot.
That's why in a drama in general, everything should harmonize accordingly with one another. From acting, chemistry, plot (exposition to rising action to climax to falling action until the resolution), direction, story sequencing, cinematography, music, editting, and so on. Just so it could satisfy, not just the whole team, but also the audience.
I tend to have high standards and cringes everytime I see something wrong that's why I wasn't able to enjoy the second half of the lakorn. I was holding on in hopes of a better storytelling since ep 5 actually but I ended up being dismayed. I felt the same way in MHIL. Hence, after this, I might pass all lakorns in my watchlist unless it has really really good reviews that could draw me in. Not even Mark's upcoming lakorn with Taew could take me back although they both had endearing chemistry in my fave Rak Nakara. Love Mark but since Game Lah Torrachon is a remake of a lakorn that I dislike so I will pass.
